Dr. William Todd Boleman

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a pediatric allergist. He was unhelpful and displayed poor bedside manner with my child.

Not good. I told him that I had non-allergic allergies which I knew from the other 4 or 5 allergy doctors that I've seen. He proceeded to do a skin test only to say that I had non-allergic allergies. I got eye drops and was told see you in 6 months. YEAH RIGHT!! I HAVE EXTREME EXTREME EXTREME NON-ALLERGIC ALLERGIES THAT AFFECT ME EVERY SINGLE DAY AND NOT ONE ALLERGY DOCTOR KNOWS WHAT TO DO. This was a complete waste of money and time. He was pleasant but so very unhelpful. He didn't even pretend to know how to help me.

Dr Boleman was filling in after the departure of my regular allergist. He was extremely personable and we went over a lot in a short amount of time. He got right to the part of the matter and I left satisfied that he understood my care plan.

Dr. Boleman was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was only our first visit but he was kind and showed interest in helping my 3 year old feel better!

Horrible. Policies are antiquated and in no way align with a patients symptoms. Basically it is an allergy clinic that only accepts patients without allergies.

Excellent staff and great care

Doctor Boleman has been my doctor for several years. Unlike other doctors I have seen for my asthma he listened to what I had to say. He worked with me to find the best treatment for my situation.

A visit to Dr. Boleman's office is always a pleasurable experience. He and his staff are efficient, courteous and show great compassion for his patients. Dr Boleman is a throwback to the times when a doctor cared for each patient as a family member.

I've been trying for six weeks to get an allergy drops refill, but because CA&A has terrible communications and does not give patients the ability to call locations directly, I have to guess when the weekly deliveries will arrive (spoiler: they never arrive). Today was my fifth trip to the Smyrna location and I still left empty handed. This practice has terrible patient services and a complete lack of communication. Nobody bothers to call, nobody bothers to explain policies. If not for the wonderful desk clerk in Smyrna, I would still be wondering where my money went (and I'm STILL waiting for a refill). If it didn't mean getting another miserable allergy test, I would have fired CA&A weeks ago. Terrible business practices, what Clark Howard would call "Customer No-Service" and a bunch of sorry people not doing their jobs.

Dr. Boleman and the staff of CA&A are professional in every aspect. We have recommended them to our family and friends. Excellent all around service.

Spent over 2 hours with me on my first visit. Thanks to his care I no longer suffer with constant sinus infections. Great doctor!

Dr. Boleman listened to everything I had to say and made me feel very comfortable. He was spot on with his prognosis. He also made me feel as if I was just part of his family. He made sure that I had the right medicine and that I will be able to get an allergy test in a timely manner. I love this place!
