I’m very happy with Dr Bodenheimer. He was warm, very easy to talk to and the staff was really nice.

My appointments are always cancelled. The front office staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Through Covid, they didn't wear masks. Other dr's offices require masks for everyone-their staff didn't even wear them. Blood work isn't acknowledged.

Dr. Bodemheimer has been rude and uncaring with my family for the last time. I have reported this most recent incident to the board of medicine and he should stop practicing.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Bodenheimer's practice for years. They have consistently provided quality medical care and gone beyond the call for us. I am physically disabled and have complications that made my care increasingly challenging. They have been there for me when I needed them.

After going thru many family practices, Dr.B is the one I trust! His staff are very friendly and are always on top of making sure you remember your appointment. Dr. B is truly very knowledgeable and I know that whenever I have a problem he will be the one to fix it. There is no running you ragged trying to find something that will help you feel better. I went to Dr. Bodenheimer last week for the first time. I was hesitant after reading these reviews, however, I am an RN, BSN and recognize quality care and I will say that this doctor was great. He was very knowledgable, educated, compassionate and made me feel listened to and like he was actually concerned. He does write things down in his laptop and thats important because its crucial to chart and write things in patients charts correctly. It does not mean that he is more concerned about typing in his computer. I don't agree with thee bad reviews at all. I definitely recommend him and will be taking my husband and future children here. Dr. Bodenheimer is clear headed, communicates on point, and most importantly - he does not treat problems with excess, overwhelming information, or medications. He listens to my concerns, and respects my decisions concerning 'my' healthcare. He like so many doctors are in the clutches of government rules and regulations that are burdensome for any and all medical practices. He has been our family physician for several years. He will remain so for the foreseeable future. Thanks Doc.

My criticism is in two parts. Firstly, of Dr. Bodenheimer's (lack of) bedside manner and mismarketing as a family care doctor. Secondly, of his poor staffing choices, particularly that of the office manager. What more is that my experience is not unique. I've detailed it below but you don't have to take just my word for it. I honestly wonder why Dr. B chose this career because his heart is so obviously not no it. And, as a family care physician, he fails to follow through on the "care" aspect. He prefers the shelter of his laptop and will hardly make eye-contact with his patients. During all of my appointments, I can only remember him actually touching me once. He speaks very rapidly (and condescendingly, in my opinion), a rather transparent effort to wrap-up as quickly as possible. He schedules excessive follow-ups to increase his billable time. On top of it all, he misses 25% of all appointments. He just doesn't come in sometimes.

Dr Bodenheimer has lost compassion for his patients. Very rude!

Called about sinus and ear infection was told doctor would need to see me but he had already left for the day despite their office wasnt closed for at least two hours, then informed me that he would not return for a least a week. Unacceptable, if medicine has become a business I'll take mine elsewhere

My husband has been going to him for several years my husband was 51 years ok went he first started going to this dr . Not once did this dr. Ever suggest a psa test to my husband not once ! Unfortunately my husband was not aware that he should have a psa test . I believe his dr should have informed him because of his age but he did not !!!!! And now my husband has stage 4 prostrate cancer !!!! His dr should have informed him of the test that's his job !!! We have gone to Bodenheimer's office for several years. We were referred by current patients who were very happy with him. We usually see Ashley, my kids love her. The office and nurse staff are always friendly. They always seem to be able to get us in. Being on time is important to me and we never had any delays with this office.

First couple of visits were fine. Only there for yearly checkups. The story of my last visit starts about 2 weeks before. I had a appointment canceled with 20 min notice. Nurses claimed he was sick and out of the office. It was also the first nice sunny warm day of the spring, not saying he was playing hooky but my mind can't help but wonder down that path. When I went for my last visit it lasted 7 min. I was literally still filling out the questionnaire they hand out when you arrive during and after the visit. He then tried to charge, I mean upcode me after visit. He placed fraudulent information in my file, and tried to charge for treatment I've received elsewhere. To justify his coding he claims a quick question from behind his desk or an offer to refill a prescription, from another doctor that I refused, as treatment. Yes office staff is friendly, and helpful to a extent. Even really liked Mr. Bodenhimer but the misconduct and fraudulent acts of this office are unforgivable. First couple of visits were fine. Dr Bodenheimer is top notch. He runs on time and takes the time to listen to your needs. I have seen him for the last 4 years and wouldn’t consider anyone else. I also referred him several new patients because that is how much I believe in him. Thanks Dr. B!

I had the worst experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. Dr. Bodenheimer is clearly emotionally unstable and not fit to deal with customers. Upon notifying the doctor that I did not want my son to have a meningitis vaccine he became extremely nervous and argumentative. He used emotional abuse and fear tactics to persuade me to either leave the practice or have my son vaccinated. He stated that he believes parents who do not vaccinate their children are committing child abuse. The worst.

We really were impressed with the high level of care we have received each and every time we have come to his office. He is very efficient and technically up to date. I don't think we have waited over 6 minutes to be seen at any given visit. His staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We were referred by a friend who was referred by a friend.
