This Dr is insensitive, rude, only cares about money and does not like questions asked...Be advised and look elsewhere! I booked and apt with this Dr as I have Chronic Lyme Disease, multiple tick bourn infections and mold illness. After booking, I emailed him directly to ask questions on his knowledge on treating infections with multiple combo antibiotics after reading Dr Horowitz amazing book "How can I get better". He responded rudely and advised me that I should see another Dr in Boston who treats via Dr Horowitz's protocols. When I advised him I was aware of this Dr and she was very expensive and all out of pocket, not covered by insurance and that I would like to keep my appointment with him, he responded and said his fees were similar and that I would have to find treatment elsewhere as he now felt uncomfortable... In treating Lyme Disease along with other multiple infections, you MUST find someone educated, who cares and is not only focusing on how much money they can make..

After my previous doctor wasn't listening to me it was very nice to find a Dr. like Dr Bingham who listens and actually cares and wants to help. I can't understand what the first reviewer was talking about with the comment about being told they can't ask questions. Dr. Bingham has always explained in detail anything I asked about and encouraged me to continue to ask questions. Very happy I found Dr Bingham, I am convinced I would not have found out some of my issues without him.

This is the doctor you go to for testing and diagnosis, but he's not any good for helping patients deal with the day to day of their illnesses. You will NEVER be seen on time for your appointment, I have never gotten in to see him within a half hour of my scheduled time and have waited as long as an hour and 15 minutes. You will never be able to reach him by phone and his P.A. seems overwhelmed by her duties. Get him to write your tests and then find a doctor who is less distracted.
