The physiatrist has expertise in the appropriate use of therapeutic exercise, prosthetics (artificial limbs), orthotics and mechanical and electrical devices.

Amazing doctor. He took his time with me. Something you do not see any more. He answered all my questions and explained things in detail. He spent over an hour with me on my initial visit. Really worked hard at getting me back to living life again. Nice change of pace. Everytime I go to my appointment. His Nurse is very Kind greeting me with a smiling each time I am there with You actually get to see him. Great bedside manners and very knowledgeable. Very open to any medical question. I went there with my mom yesterday March 23 2016 and he was very rude to her telling her how she shouldn't be smoking acting like he was condemning her and said if he was her knee surgeon he wouldn't have did her knee surgery because of it He was acting like she was the worst person in the world and she shouldn't be taking medication that she is and shame on her for being in pain I do not recommend him. His wife was yelling at the receptionist calling her a liar made her cry an leave the office.

Dr. Berman is a caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor. He is one of the best - if not the best pain doctor in the Southeast area. He is knowledgeable in all areas of pain management and tries many different options along with standard medicine. He is patient and takes his time with his patients which is extremely rare these days. He truly listens and considers all options in his vast array of knowledge.
