Dr. William D Bateman

With zero amounts of irony, Dr. Bateman has quite literally changed my life. I have been terrified of the dentist since I was eight. To the point where even as I child I was having panic attacks. Every dentist I had treated me like a scared little kid even up until adult hood. So I stopped going. My fillings needed replaced, I had a cracked tooth, I had a cavity or two, and I was letting my mouth go to hell all because of my fear. But then I found this office, and everything changed. Dr. Bateman and his staff treated my anxiety seriously. They offered sedation methods that calmed me down to the point of WANTING to get treatment done. They have been patient, kind, and extremely accommodating. Not only can I eat normally again, but my smile looks better than ever and I have a new confidence I lost for years. If any of this sounds like you and your experiences: don’t hesitate. You won’t regret your time with this team.

I feel very fortunate that a friend recommended Dr. Bateman. Today was my third visit and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of dental care from Dr. Bateman and his staff. I was a bit anxious about having my teeth cleaned because of tooth sensitivity. Dental Hygienist My provided the most comfortable cleaning I have ever had — she even warmed the rinse water to prevent discomfort. Dr. Bateman has high standards for his work and explains recommended treatments thoroughly. Just an all-round excellent dental experience in a comfortable environment.

Had a fabulous first visit with Dr.Bateman! He and his staff did a very thorough first exam. In addition to X-rays, used a micro camera to take pictures of areas of concern, which he took time to explain in detail. He and his staff were very helpful. Highly recommended!

I have been treated by Many Dentist in my Life, and Doctor Bateman is the best. It is over 100 miles round trip drive to his office, and it is worth the drive.

I like that I never have to wait, they are always on time and every staff member seems to genuinely enjoy their clients and job. Dr. Bateman is knowledgeable far beyond general dentistry and tries to find the best solution for the client. Happy to have found this dentist.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bateman’s office for years. He’s thorough and I trust taking my family there. My visits are mostly for cleanings now, so might only talk to him for a few minutes if there are no issues. No news is good news. Dr. Bateman initially set up a schedule for the dental work I needed - spaced out enough for my time, insurance, and out of pocket costs. Quality care, without unnecessary work. Always well taken care of by the hygienists and staff at this office.

Dr. Bateman has got to be the most thorough dentist I have EVER been to in my life. Very impressed and I dislike (lovingly said) dentists but who doesn’t. The staff was nice as well. It was a comfortable office visit for me, who has a hesitation of dentists and dental work.

After hearing a retired dentist tell a friend that he was a patient, of Dr. Bateman's, I made a first appointment and my husband followed. This is an exceedingly well run practice with careful attention to care using the latest methods. The office and clinic staff are most professional and friendly. I feel I am in excellent hands.

This time I didn't see Dr. Bateman. He has a new hygienist Mee. She's great! It's been 18 months since I've had a cleaning. She's gentle, thorough, sweet, and cute as a button. What an asset to the office. I'm looking forward to my 6 month cleaning.

Rachel (hygienist) and Dr Bateman are marvels with their respective tools, both are willing to discuss in detail the minutiae of your mouth and what they think is best for it, and they keep a good and positive attitude while working. Today's visit with the fine Dr. Bateman, was to take care of two cavities and the removal of another one. The prep work was so good, I hardly felt any pain, something that isn't always the case. I can recall back years ago, when the dentist would find a cavity and prepped it for the filling, it was nearly torture for me. Not with Dr. Bateman it was not the case, it went very well, no pain felt, which in my book means the pre-treatment procedure to deaden the area and the shot (done with a needle!!! which I have bad memories from the past. Oh would it hurt. Not so with the skilled Dr. Bateman. He had given me the shot to deaden the area and I must say I hardly felt the needle. I was dreading this visit knowing what I have experienced in the past. Dr. Bateman's staff are very professional, but have fun with their positions and it shows. They truly want to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, which they do very well. Keep up the great work!.

Okay so I'm not easy, I am 64 years old, have most of my original teeth and much prior work done. Of course my goal is to keep my original teeth forever with a minimum of expense and pain. I trust that keeping appointments and following recommended treatment plan will get me there. Dr Bateman and his staff are the best people in the world. I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by William Bateman. I think it only took him about 20 minutes. I had no pain or swelling afterwards. I took the next day off work expecting to be in a lot of pain. But I honestly didn’t need to. Today I went back for my 6 month cleaning, and follow up appointment after getting my wisdom teeth removed. The dental assistant was kind, and attentive. The dental hygienist did a very good job, did not hurt at all. William Bateman also did another through check on me. We also planned on what needs to be worked on next. I would highly recommend this office.
