Horrible customer service! I have called for 3 weeks and nobody answers the phone, finally someone answered took down all my information said in a rude way that the office would call me back and never returned my call, have been waiting for over a week and now nobody answers

I have called the office for three weeks to rescheduled my appointment but hes office staff do mot answer the phones. I hope dr Barba sees my message and maybe he can ask his staff to answer the phones.

Dr Barba prescribed andro gel for me, my insurance didn't cover it, and when I tried to contact the dr office both numbers go to voicemail. I visited the office in person just to be told in a rude manner: "well, we are short handed here" Don't waste your time with this dr office

I got a circumcision at age 22 with Dr. William Barba. The people in the front where rude but after a while they stated getting new people and it changed but I mean don’t pay attention to them it’s about the doctor. The doctor is nice and chill. He knows what he’s doing. It took me a while to recover so at the beginning I did regret it because I thought it was his fault but now after a while, I’m loving my results it just took a while to recover. Doctor David Barba, is an “Excellent Doctor”. UCLA Educated, and is the BEST! Had “Knee Replacement Surgery” October 2018, on left knee, and “Extreemly Happy” with the results. Looking forward to right “Knee Replacement Surgery”, on February 2019. Can you imagine if those of us, who have painful deteriorated knees, didn’t have an alternative? Won’t linger on that thought. I found a “Good Doctor”, that I “Trust”. God, Truly Blessed This Doctor’s Ability to Create and Fix, in order for us to Heal. Never had to wait to be seen, at his Monterey Park Office, but, if I had to wait, I would, no matter how long, without complaint.
