5 stars for Dr. Baier because he’s by far the best DR ever. Had him when I was a child and now both of my sons go here. Great man. My kids love him!!! If it weren’t for Dr. Baier I would rate this place 2 stars due to the lady who takes appts that just hung up on me without making me an appointment. Very rude.

I went here when I was a kid throughout my childhood and now both my boys go here. No complaints, staff is wonderful and understanding.

The office has a great staff and friendly. I feel very comfortable taking my kids there. They do run tests if need be and don’t just brush things off. The only thing I wish they had was a “well visit” waiting area and “sick visit waiting area”. Our old office in a syracuse had this along with the rooms in the back being sperate as well. Just a suggestion I hope they implement some day. The office has a great staff and friendly. I feel very comfortable taking my kids there. Awesome doctors and staff! They are very thorough, very friendly, and always try to fit you in right away. My kids have been going to Dr. Baier for over 10 years and we have NEVER had a bad experience. In fact, when my oldest son was 3 months old we were going to a different doctor in the area. We were 15 minutes late arriving to a sick appt., so the other doctor turned us away. At a recommendation from a friend, we left that office and went right from there to Dr. Baier who saw him immediately-even though he was not already his patient!! Definitely deserving of 5+ stars. Children never see the physician. Office staff uneducated, rude & unprofessional?

Misdiagnosed a respiratory illness as just a viral fever sending my child home when she needed to be in the ED for her breathing. She ended up admitted to children's the same day he said she was fine and her breathing was normal. Over prescribed antibiotics.

I have a family member who's been sick for a few days, and they wont see him, just to check and make sure everything is good. If a child is sick and out of school for a few days, then you'd think even if it's nothing that he'd be seen. This is starting to get ridiculious. It took them a few hours to call me back.

Dr Baier is a well regarded member of the medical community and the Lockport area. Both my children have been patients and I would strongly recommend him and his office to any of my friends or family. We have been thru some serious illnesses and I was glad we chose Dr Baier.

He's very thorough and connects with the child. Makes it fun and enjoyable while going through his exam. He also makes sure he explains and answers all questions.
