I really enjoyed my visit with D... - I really enjoyed my visit with Dr.Wilson. He was very personable and listened to all my concerns. I left feeling like I got the care I was needing and looking for.

Very good doctor, no waiting time. My first visit and still I was out in 30 minutes with a very confident feeling I had found the right doctor for me.

This visit was a virtual visit, it was on time and Dr. Wilson is always pleasant and thorough with questions and explanations, he is patient with my questions and takes the time to insure that I completely understand all of his answers and directions which prevents any confusion.

Friendly Professional staff I noticed after patients went to the exam rooms from the waiting Areas staff wiped down the surface before the next patient came in no overbooking here appointments are on time, limited number of people in each doctors waiting room not just one large room great doctors great staff.

As always everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Wilson is a very good doctor.. He listens to you and answers all your questions.

Dr. Wilson has been my PCP for 10 years and is the best. His calmness, willingness to treat aggressively and Texas Honesty are what keeps me coming back. Wonderful staff.

When you call on the 5th, and the earliest they can see you is on the 16th, that’s a problem. It doesn’t matter how good the doctor is if you can’t see him when you need him.

I must say I'm incredibly impressed with this office and I work in the medical profession myself and I'm pretty particular. I needed to change primary care physicians and needed to be seen for pretty bad hypertension they couldn't get me in with the Dr until next week but needed meds asap so they worked diligently to get me i. With the nurse practitioner she and her medical assistant were very thorough andihad excellent care as well as very patient lab workers. I had to verify my insurance would cover labs so I wasn't gouged. with out of network costs. I'm now having stable blood pressure and even got a call back regarding my labs. Great work guys!!! Dr. Wilson and his staff are always so wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of.

Oh my goodness. I absolutely love Dr. Wilson! He was more help in the first visit than any doc/psychiatrists I have every been to!

I have been seeing Dr. Wilson for many, many years. He has literally saved my life more than once! He has a great way of connecting with his patients and has a knack for knowing how to get to the root of the problem. I am so glad I chose him 20 years ago!

Dr Wilson has been my primary for a few years now. They must have a new office mgr now. Appointment started EARLY! Their online checkin and messages are great. They now do labs in-house. Dr Wilson is always great. I was in & out in no time. No driving to a private lab for tests. Prompt follow up. Very pleased!

My elderly mother is a current patient here. I echo the opinion of those who rate the office staff poorly. Phone calls are rarely returned and even the pharmacy knows the reputation of this office as they have great difficulty communicating for refills. On one occasion, we simply paid out of pocket for a diabetic device because a script was never created after multiple calls to this office. Obtaining referrals is also a chore. Most recently, my mother called in her daily blood pressure medicine for refill and 6 days later, it still has not been handled. She finally spoke to the appointment rep and was told she needed to see the doc before her refill is completed. It would’ve been nice if someone had communicated this to her or the pharmacy. (She’s seen the doc several times within the year but she is due for a physical.) Thus, my mother made an appointment to see the doc -earliest appointment is next week. In the meantime, she is without her daily medicine yet no one seems to care. Typically a refill is made to carry patient while the patient waits for their appointment-they are not allowed to lapse on such important daily medicine. I highly recommend if you are seeking a new doctor’s office, that you look elsewhere. The unethical and uncaring behaviors of the office staff and the stress and time wasted dealing with them outweighs the expertise of the physicians. Besides, no matter how good the doctors are, the medicines, equipment and referrals they prescribe are delayed or ignored to the point your health is ultimately compromised. I've been a patient there since 1989 and yesterday I was informed that my insurance is no good there. I even offered to pay cash and they would not accept that either,,all I needed was a prescription for my blood pressure and now I must look for another doctor quickly before have a heart attack or stroke...thanks..

Dr. Wilson is a down to earth guy who listens and treats you as a good friend.

As a patient for more than 12 years now, Dr. Wilson is wonderful (Lockaby is good too). Ms. Westmoreland is very sweet and caring. Only issue is getting calls back from Dr's assistants when you need something, referral, script, etc. Sometimes they're next day...sometimes you have to call back and ask again...that's annoying. Also, only 3-4 days in office...need more Saturday hours for working people. Overall, very good. As a patient for more than 12 years now, Dr. Wilson is wonderful (Lockaby is good too). I was looking for a new gp and he was referred by a friend. Very knowledgeable and friendly great doctor. He’s my new gp.

Trust their knowledge, very friendly, never seem rushed, always interested in understanding my symptoms and situation.

Have been seeing Dr. Wilson for years, he never rushes you through like some doctors do. He typically offers several treatment options and works with you on insurance and RX costs explaining what the best/ cheapest options are. His PA's are also top-notch. I have had a great experience with Dr Wilson. He does take the time to listen and not rush you. He handles each situation seriously and thoroughly. He also explains to you all you need to know. My wife went today to get set up and she really likes him for the same reasons. We will now move our teenagers to him as well. I too noticed the unfriendly older lady at the first desk but shrugged it off. I can see where she could be real difficult and unapproachable if conversations continued. Hands-down the best experience I have ever had switching to a new doctor. He listened to everything I said, and I never once felt rushed. I explained the history of my conditions and he never tried to steer me a different direction from the path I’m on. I left feeling completely covered because he addressed all of my concerns. Very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Wilson. Finally, a doctor with knowledge, patience, and kindness. He took his time and actually listened to my concerns. He seemed to care and gave me options. He did not dismiss me, and the options he gave me made sense. Being very particular about my medical care and who I trust, I feel like I have a wonderful new doctor to add to my list of caregivers. So...I just realized that his office charged me $290.00 as a "new patient" when I had my Health/welfare check up Feb 3rd of this year. The only problem is my LAST check up three years ago (my insurance provider's restriction is one every three years) was ALSO through Dr. Wilson's office.

You might wonder why a doctor that is so highly rated has such low stars on his practice. Dr. Willson is a good doctor but his staff mainly the receptionist at the front desk is garbage as a peraon. I called 2 weeks before my surgery consult and asked her to please notify the doctor to send over a recommendation for a specialist due to my need for surgery. Well 2 weeks go by and the surgeon still has not received my referral for a specialist so I call up there and talk to this horrible lady with attitude because I asked for her to transfer me to the person in charge of doing the referral. she stated she was at lunch when I told her to have her call me asap once she got out of lunch because I called for this to be done 2 weeks ago she gave me attitude and stated it's not my fault she hasn't done it and hung up the phone. after the time she got back from lunch I had the surgeons office contact them several times in which she hung up and gave attitude because doing her one job of notification of the staff is not her problem because of her I was denied seeing this surgeon for a surgery I'm in desperate need of. she has effected my health due to her ignorant attitude and lack of skills as a worker this place has not called me for my blood work and culters as well because the staff doesn't care about you. because this incident I would advise anybody looking into this office to look elsewhere and not waste your time you will see this lady is obviously the problem and will even put you at risk because she doesn't care. Physicians are good, but office staff is terrible and unprofessional. You call and get put on hold then they pick up the phone and hang it up. I have an 82 year old mother in law in pain and after meds didn't work he referred her to pain management. So a month has went by and no referral yet they will not even have any type of communication with you. I have called many time the office manager will not return my call. I have no complaint with the care of my mother in law other than the office staff is not good and they need to hire someone to answer the phones and do referrals. Dr. Wilson and Mr. Luckaby are excellent caring detailed caregivers! You deserve 5 stars. The only negative vibe I receive is when you walk through the door. The older lady receptionist is so cold and noninviting . She may or may not greet you and then she proceeds to sternly ask you a short questionnaire. This experience is every visit!! The unnecessary behavior at times makes me feel like I should change providers! Once I get past “Fort Knox’s “, the welcoming atmosphere begins with the other office staff and the excellent provider care. Shouldn’t the welcoming mat be at the entrance?? Been seeing Dr Wilson and all the Doctors for over 10 years. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a patient of Family Medical Dr. Wilson Clinic for 20 years I see doctor Wilson but mostly one of the other doctors that work there Dr. Lockaby they are the best doctors I know they will talk to me explain things to me. when I walk in there I feel like family not just someone that is sick they notice me call me by name they truly care I will hate the day I every have to change Doctors.

Dr. Wilson is a good down to earth family medical doctor who I have been seeing for 15+ years now. He has always managed to help with whatever I come up with. I'm thankful I found a doctor I can trust and understand.

Office staff ( Angela ) is rude. Husband came in for script refil. Quoted price, no insurance then get another bill in the mail. She was un unbelievable! Said oh well, its higher now. We paid while at office.

Getting anyone to answer the phone for anything is ridiculous! Waiting 10-20 minutes on hold to make appointments are unacceptable business practice. When it is answered, and you want to make an appointment a few days out, you're told that you must call on the day you want the appointment. Good luck getting in on that day. Sometimes there is only 1 doctor there! Hire more people to just answer phones and have 3-4 providers available everyday. Get an office manager who will return your phone call about why the wait times on hold are so long. That's her job! To make sure the practice runs smoothly. You are just a number to the office. They care nothing about your well being, just getting you out the door. They really seemed put out that they have to deal with you. Rude and Snooty. They do not think you are intelligent enough to understand what need to be telling you.

Myself, my husband and our five year old never have a problem getting an appointment here. There is never an exceptionally long wait and the staff is friendly and courteous. The office is nice and clean, we really like it here!
