Dr Palmer has been my doctor for 22 years. I no point have I ever had an issue with him or his staff. They're like my caring family.

Absolutely love this dr. And his staff. Everyone is so nice and actually cares. Always easy to get through to them on the phone and can usually get a quick appointment. Been going there since 2006. Love it!

My husband and I are long term patients of Dr. Palmer and his office staff. Dr. Palmer is a very caring, professional and knowledgeable physician. He is always very caring towards all of his patients. We also have friends and family members who go to Dr. Palmers also, and they think he is great! His office staff and nurses are the best and also very knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with the care we receive from Dr.Palmer and his staff. And we also think that we are very blessed to have Dr. Palmer for our Doctor. We just think he and his whole office staff are the best! We would highly recommend Dr.Palmer as your personal physician. Great Place, and close to home. But most importantly? Great Dr., Nurses, and Staff! Thank you all!

Dr. Palmer is a very good doctor is very compassionate and he listens to his patient he works with the patient to understand their needs and develop a plan to to help them.

First visit. Staff was friendly. Dr. Palmer was great. He took the time to go over a long list of lab results with me so that I understood better what it all meant.

Treatment resolved my symptoms, thank you Dr. Palmer!

I called in May to get an appointment with Dr. Palmer or nurse practioner. The office told me that Dr. Palmer would not see me and to quit calling because I was a former patient of another doctor. The doctor was suppose to be the former doctor . She inform me also because I had Medicaid with Medicare Advantage[United Healthcare} he does not take it. The reason very that was my Medicaid was for overages and co pays. It is not full medicaid. The office manager was not listening and got upset with me. By the way Dr. Palmer was recommended to me as I was a former patient. I would recommend Dr. Palmer to any one but not the office manager as she was very rude.

My family depends on Dr. Palmer for our medical needs. He and his staff are efficient and caring, and we can rely on him.

Amy is so very helpful to help with all the issues that I ran into with trying to get my mom and dad here.

He is an exceptional family doctor with good bedside manners. Him and his staff are very friendly. Even when we don’t have an appointment scheduled, he is still able to get us in.

I love Dr. Palmer. They are always great about working me in when i am sick. He has a chest x-ray and on site radiologist and can do blood work right in his office. Sooo convenient. And his bedaide manner is truly remarkable compared to most physicians nowadays. We love Dr. Palmer! ❤

Called to get my 13 year old son follow up for suicide threats. Receptionist says we won't accept new patients for, depression, suicide, ADHD and a few other things. When I asked what exactly do they accept she would not reply with an answer. I'm sorry, but if you won't tell someone what services you do provide how do you expect to gain business? I'm new to this area and heard about Dr.Palmer through one of my employees and I'm so glad I listened to her... We are from the Houston area originally and I was thinking there is no way i could find a good Dr here in this area but I was wrong! Dr.Palmer listens to everything you have to say and doesn't just brush off any of your concerns he also has a great bedside manner. So happy I found a great doctor for my family. I have been going to Dr Palmer for 30 years. He is the kindest, gentlest man I know. He always takes time to talk to you about your family etc. Always so friendly. He takes real good care of my family. Listens to you about your medical problems. Explains your medical issues and the medication he is prescribing. You can always get an appointment when you need it. His staff is courteous. His office is always clean. Wait time is usually 30 to 45 minutes. I highly recommend Dr Palmer. He is the best

Dr. Palmer is an outstanding PCP. He and Reatha have provided great care for my family for years and we feel blessed to have him as our Primary care provider. He has referred me to specialist when needed, all with great results. I trust his judgement and consider him a very good friend as well.

Me and my husband love Dr. Palmer...he's a great doctor and really nice to his patients and he's smart enough to send you to a specialist when he doesn't have all the answers.
