How is this place even still open. I got weird vibes immediately upon entering. The doctor seen me with the door open, there was no privacy there was another patient lurking outside my door the whole entire time. It was such an eerie feeling. The doctor didn’t even listen to why I was there. He was rude, had terrible bedside manner and kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak. Dr. Peng and all of his staff are all such a wonderful team. Dr. Peng is a very detail oriented physician that listens and documents what his patients are advising to him. My father had an appointment and the day before his appointment my mom became ill as well, and Sara was able to put my mother in to see Dr. Peng the same day as my dad. We were new to Dr. Peng. Husband has chronic kidney stones and needed surgery to remove some. He was friendly, professional, and gave us confidence in using him.

Bad experience. Was prescribed anibotics for an infection. Few months later came back for same infection, was prescribed same antibiotics that did not solve first issue. Needless to say infection still there. Had to go elsewhere for cure. Had to pay $60 copay for numerous visits + other tests not fully covered by insurance. Bad experience. I have seen Dr. Peng for more than 10 years. He shows the highest concern for his patients goes above and beyond to deal with any issue large or small. Dr. Peng will always personally call my cellphone to deliver results of tests to me in a timely manner. The professional staff calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments, handles testing in office and proactively handle prescription refills as well as any insurance filings that might be required.
