Staff very courteous and friendly. Dr. McConnell paid attention to the information I gave, and several times asked if I had any questions. I did not feel rushed, or like it was an imposition to see me. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff. I was pleased and supportive with her recommendations, as she explained why she was choosing the treatment(s).

Dr. McConnell is very thorough and takes the time needd to properly discuss issues. Appointment was on time and the office staff was very efficient.

The front desk and Dr.McConnell were great. However her nurse was rude and spoke down to us. Despite that I would definitely recommend Dr.McConnell she was very nice and informative.

Dr. McConnell is caring, compassionate and took time to clearly explain my condition, as well as all potential treatment protocols. She came highly recommended to me, and I too, would recommend her without hesitation, to friends, family and others.

The entire experience, from front desk reception, to nurse, to Dr. McConnell was great. This ENT is the total package when it comes to care.

I’m very lucky this time my nose was bleeding for 45 minutes.I called the office they tell me come on in and she does cauterized on my noses right a away. Usually I have go to emergency room, I’m very pleased with the service the only thing when I need to see her for emergency situation you can’t get in,is very hard to schedule the appointment…

I was in and out within 15 minutes saw the doc for 5 minutes with nothing resolved and asked to pay the full amount upfront to then receive a bill a month later for more money! What a wast of time and money!

Absolutely sickening!!!! We were OSTRACIZED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST all bc my daughter and I cannot wear masks and have proper documentation to show it. 5/25/2021 Very unprofessional. My daughter and I had to sit on the ground outside for over 30 mins. Past her appointment time even, while we had to see if we would be allowed to get my daughter seen. This is the second and last time we will ever allow them to treat us this way. Absolutely sickening!!!! Receptionists and nurses were wonderful. Don’t get me wrong ....She’s nice and I’m sure she helps a lot of people with “common problems”, but I agree with other negative reviews. HOW is she a specialist if she can’t address more ENT issues? Only addressed part of my concerns. Results from perceived problem turned out “negative” and follow-up advice was pointless. Dr. McConnell is always very thorough and does not rush the examination and/or the questions one has.

Recently, I saw Dr. McConnell for a follow-up appointment, and once again, I have nothing but great praise for her and her entire staff. They are genuinely caring, work wonderfully with patients, and are determined to find out what the cause(s) is regarding issues.

After having a COVID test done, I was a nervous wreck about anything else going up my nose. Not only was Dr. McConnell fast, she was gentle and reassuring. I had two nasal scopes and both were literally fast and painless. I was calm and comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat if I had to. I have enjoyed Dr. McConnell working with my young son. When we first came to her when he was 18months after multiple sinus infections, she listened to all I had to say with an open mind. We discussed what was happening and determined the less intensive option to help him. After having his adenoids removed and ear tubes put it, he has done very well! Speech progress jumped within a month and his sleeping is more productive. She is a patient and steady listener. During his 6 month checkup for ear tubes, she had to extract a small pebbled from his nose. For a potentially stressful random treatment, I never felt rushed or nervous as she gently extracted the object from my upset son's nose. I have enjoyed Dr. McConnell working with my young son. Dr. McConnell and her staff are incredible. She addresses your issues head-on and is very thorough in her examination as well as her explanation of diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommend her in you are in need of an excellent ENT.

My experience with Dr. McConnell was great. She explained thing thoroughly and even seen something on my MRI that my Neurologist never told me. I would definitely she her again.

I’ve seen her for a year and 1/2 FINALLY getting sinus surgery in July Since then I have had sinus infection a month 1/2 after surgery , she wouldn’t see me even though I’m post op ! I had to wait for my scheduled appointment In the meantime my regular physician had to order antibiotics Which didn’t help I get in to her 3 weeks later She orders antibiotic rinses with Neti pot Which I do every day My nasal secretions are yellow fever and a headache on a Saturday I call first thing Monday morning 830am and never got a follow up call I called this morning asking why? They said it was late when they got out I ask what she suggested? They said I needed a culture of my sinuses in December!! Not acceptable! If she can’t take care of her current patients why is she taking new ones! Just be careful and get ready to wait I’m very disappointed and would absolutely discourage anyone looking for a Dr that truly cares

I appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the doctor and her staff. Also, I was grateful that all wore appropriate PPE.

Dr. McConnell is knowledgable, kind and gives excellent care! She diagnosed and treated my outer ear infection (having your ear suctioned is not pleasant, but she did it so skillfully!) Her staff is very friendly. It took a while to get an appointment, but worth the wait.

Very professional and takes time listening to the patients. Staff were all very nice and polite. Felt safe and comfortable in the office even with everything going on right now. Highly recommend.

Most of the staff was friendly, albeit they/dr. M stopped listening 15min into the visit. I kept saying food was being lodged in my throat and I couldn’t swallow, but they put in my charts that I was throwing up/regurgitating. Subsequently, I went to get an esophagram and had to explain my symptoms all over again to be X-ray doc. Inconvenient, but not a deal breaker, I know they see a lot of people and it’s hard to actively listen to each patient.

Dr. Wendy McConnell was rude and very inconsiderate. She was Incompetent of being able to understand how to read an ultrasound according to her very own words she stated to me "I wouldn't know what I was looking at if I did look at it" when I asked her to review my ultrasound. After waiting about 50 minutes past my appt. time in her little room to see her I saw her for about 10 minutes total 50% of the time which I had to re-direct her to why I was there. She was very late. I had to re-direct her multiple times to my concerns of why I was there. She was not able to perform an accurate physical assessment that a few other Dr.s before her had already done and thus the reason I was referred to her. I had to then get a second opinion that showed her incompetence. I would not recommend anyone to see her if they care about there health. Dr. Wendy McConnell was rude and very inconsiderate. Dr. Wendy McConnell is great! I have been dealing with a sinus issue for several years. In just a few short months she recommended a course of treatment that has fixed the issue and improved the quality of my life. Her staff is also fantastic to work with. Dr McConnell has great bed side manner. From my very first appointment she took the time to explain everything in clear detail. She got me on her schedule for surgery within a month so I was very happy. Her staff is very nice while checking in and out and her nurse is always super nice and sweet. Dr McConnell has definitely tried her best get me back to breathing correctly and that's all I can ask. By the way there office is in Yukon and I live in Edmond but they are worth the drive.
