Doctor Professions should be a service not a business. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist told me that she will take my info over the phone, then send me the paperwork by mail that I will need to mail back and then the doctor will review the paperwork and decide if accept me as a new patient. My reaction WHAT? so if you need to see the doctor, ain't gonna happen any time soon or never. I wonder if when he or she started with cero patients used to use the same protocol to select patients. This place is awful. The receptionist is very rude. All she's worried about is her lunch break. I came in 15 minutes early before my appointment and she told me i was late. I would not recommend this place. I hope their doctors know that they have a terrible receptionist. I wish i can give no star.

If i could give zero stars i would. Doctor is rude and very hard to understand. The lady that was the nurse practitioner was amazing figured out what was wrong listened to me. They moved her to venice office. I never bad mouthed the doc just switching drs now. If u want to wait an 1 hour and a half and have Dr talk to u for 15 mins

Wish I could give less than a star. Every single time I've been here (which was about 3 or 4 visits) there was never any concern for doctor-patient confidentiality. Constantly leaving the door open talking about personal matters. Doctor DAVIDO left everything up to his PA to do. (I'm there to see my doctor not your assistant) And even when you did see MR DAVIDO he was extremely quick and had the most minut amount of information to give you. Most unprofessional doctor ever. If you go, NOT GO SEE DOCTOR DAVIDO. Also went there one week he had no information on a certain medicine, which I had to look up myself! And when I brought it up to his attention the next visit he got extremely defensive and said next week. So much bad stuff I could go on but bottom line is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! My husband and 8 Have Been Going For A Year AND Have Never Met Dr Chen. The PA spends 90% of the time entering info into the computer and asking questions from it. When you bring up an issue he immediately prescribes medication rather than a thorough lopk. He talks about other patients during the exam...TERRIBLE Am going to another Dr. DAVID
