Dr. Zhao is not only personable, he listens. He doesn’t dismiss what you have experienced, especially when you’ve kept a log. He’s extremely knowledgeable & speaks to how what he would recommend treatment in relation to your other medications & medical problems. He doesn’t rush the appointment. I would highly recommend this fabulous doctor.

Saw Dr.Zhao for a consult. He was very attentive and caring. I think he would have answered questions as long as I asked!

This provider does not communicate with his patients, in a timely manner. It takes several office contacts to get answers to questions, regardless of the nature of the patient's needs. He does not follow up. There are too many layers, when filing a complaint. The patient must repeat her/himself, as though her/his needs have been ignored and passed to another office worker.
