He was unprofessional. He told me ima pill head and just want pills.also said that I’m nit in pain but clearly my primary doctor referedy me to him I was highly disappointed

I have suffered with neck and back pain for years and Dr. Weidenbaum is the only doctor that has been able to get me off medication and living a much more comfortable lifestyle. His gentle demeanor and approach to a healthy lifestyle works for me. Highly recommend.

Dr Weidbaum has been great!

It’s been very difficult moving from MD back home to Florida, scouring legitimate professionals that would treat my pain with efficacy and efficiency; so for that, thank you. I can finally restore some of my mobility and get back to work.

Listens carefully to your concerns, explains in details and easy to understand language what the options and expected outcomes are. Does not rush you as a patient, is genuinely concerned about your well-being and your health. Highly recommend.

Dr. Weidenbaum, you are a fantastic person and doctor. Thank you for helping my pain issues.

My visit was very thorough, buttoned up, I have my concerns with my back and he tries to make it feel better. If this doesn’t work, he’ll go to the next procedure he’s the best.

Dr. Weidenbaum has old school standards. Office staff always smiling and kind. Dr. Weidenbaum sits, listens and answers. Rare for a doctor these days. Where all the Doctors accepting my insurance situation check boxes and leave- Dr. Weidenbaum is not that. It’s about the patient always. He has read and is up to date on your file as most doctors today just don’t. Care for people over insurance is very evident with Dr. Weidenbaum. Rarely is there a wait past your appointment. Thank you for your standards of excellence in all areas.

I just moved to Florida from New York and needed to find a Pain Management Doctor. I wasn’t having any luck,no one would accept my insurance from NY.Then I saw Dr Wayne Weidenbaum online and spoke with the office and they were very helpful.They accepted my insurance and scheduled an appointment asap .Dr Weidenbaum was a godsend.

Best experience ever. He was 1/2 hour AHEAD of schedule. He read the images of MRI with me explaining what he saw. Very personable. We discussed my options and, he’s seeing me 4 DAYS later for minor procedure!!!!!! It doesn’t get better than this. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!!

Arrive early. Get in and out faster!

Dr,Widembaum actually listens to me and accounts for my sometimes unique problems and general life conditions. Willing to take in account of special needs. I am moving out of the area and will be hard pressed to find a caring doctor again.

Rushed office staff quite rude I gave them all paperwork filled out with copies of recent Ed visit etc. They continued asked me to return to window to ask for information in packet. Do not like condescending attitude. Standing and walking very painful.

Very courteous, waiting time was less than 5 minutes, looked over my form ,history of my experience with pain , Rx called into my pharmacy , and then received a follow up appt. And acknowledge the New Year and on my way home from there.

I'm Elizabeth, seeing the Dr. for about 6yrs. He has taken really good care of me. Always listens to me reguarding my pain situation. Plan on continuing my care with him.

I enjoy talking with Dr. Weidenbaum. He always takes a few minutes just to talk about...things...I think that is so very nice and kind. He is a most thoughtful man and an excellent physician. My last visit at Dr. Weidenbaums' was with N.P. Betsy G. & it was a very positive & excellent visit.She is always very thorough, listens to me, answers all questions without rushing me out. Dr. Weidenbaum is great also. He listens, cares & wants to get you out of pain & will do whatever he can to do that & he won't give up on you until you are satisfied & out of pain. I feel he truly cares that I improve & can get back to enjoying my life again. Most of the girls are very polite, friendly & helpful except for 1 or 2. Again I feel nametags that can be seen would be helpful, especially when they don't introduce themselves. All things considered, I give Dr. WEIDENBAUM & majority of staff a 4.9-5 Stars. Also NO. Dr. Weindenbaum was very accommodating and knowledgeable, he spent time talking with me to understand exactly what my health issues were. After careful examination the doctor was able to come up with a treatment plan. The staff was very professional and respectful. I’m happy to be in his care.

Dr Weidenbaum is terrific. That said there is a woman on his staff that is incredibly rude. No bedside manner whatsoever. She is sometimes the receptionist and other times checks patients into the examination room. She is just horribly rude and unprofessional. Calls go left unanswered for days too. Dr is a five, his staff are a 1.

Compassionate Doctor. The first doctor I have had in two years that actually listens to his patients. Most others barely give you 5 minutes to talk. Highly recommend. Some ( not all) of his staff comes off a little rude, but they do deal with some difficult patients. (I have listened to some in office) You will not regret using this Dr. He is great. Dr Weidenbaum takes a personal interest in my overall health and complex medical situation. He has the experience and knowledge to diagnose and provide appropriate pain management techniques.

No more pain. I was suffering from beyond severe pain from what appeared to be a nerve pressing on a disc in my spinal cord. I was told by ny orthopedic specialist that an epidural would not help me and I was referred to a surgeon, I saw Dr Weidenbaum and he felt that it would be beneficial to do an epidural. I trusted him and went forward with it. Within 1 week my extreme sciatica and pain were completely gone. It has now been about 10 months and I am still pain free. Listens well and gets to the point of the first and best method to handle the situation. Personable and pleasant to speak with.

This post has "NO" reflection on Dr. Weidenbaum or the services I received from him, but remember the phrase " The Buck Stops Here". I had seen Dr. Weidenbaum several times before the implanting of the Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) all of which was covered by my secondary medical plan (UHC). After several months & multiple adjustments & manipulations by representatives of "NEVRO" , I requested Dr. Weidenbaum to remove the devices since I realized "NO" significent relief, yet he requested yet another adjustment & the removal of the SCS was put off. Finally in late December of 2020 & Dr. Weidenbaum's office staff scheduled the removal of the SCS on Jan. 20, 2021. On August 18, 2021 I received an invoice from Interventional Rehab. in the amount that "FAR" exceeds my NORMAL co-pay. This all was confirmed by UHC, since Dr. Weidenbaum as of Jan. 1st of 2021 was "OUT OF NETWORK". This would NOT have occurred if the device was removed when I first request it !!!!!!, but Dr. Weidenbaum & Nevro insisted I give it another try.... According to office manager ( Quazis A. ) they knew back in March of 2020, that & I quote " Negotiations with UHC had failed", so the "OFFICE STAFF" they knew this when they scheduled the SCS removal. If they knew this why didn't someone notify me ???? & NOT just send me an invoice far beyond my NORMAL co-pay ??? This too me is DECEITFUL & DISHONEST along with UNETHICAL OFFIVE PRACTICES !!!!!! So the next ( not by me) you schedule an appointment with Dr. Weidenbaum or Interventional Rehab. double check if they are STILL in your PLAN & "DO NOT TRUST THEM" to notify you of their status !!!! I have had two epidurals done by Dr. Weidenbaum. I highly recommend him. He is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. The office is also very professional and organized.

The doctor charged my wife thousands for injections that ultimately never worked. She went in one last time - not for therapeutic injections - but for him to inject some numbing medication to test for pain. A few minutes later she was out. Charged the insurance company $4,000 - on top of the thousands they charged for the BS cortisone injections. They've been hounding us for years for the $985 co-pay amount for this ridiculously overpriced test. Stay away from this doctor's office. The west palm office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their employee's are unprofessional when dealing with patient needs and extremely rude. I have been working in the medical field for 16 years and I would never treat patients the way they treat me. They refuse to help me provide documents to my insurance company that are necessary for me to get my MRI covered. I have called them on multiple occasions and they put me on hold just to hang up on me 20 minutes later. I finally got upset and asked to speak with my doctor in regards to my MRI and refills, but now they are refusing to let me have an appointment with my physician unless I pay 250 dollars a visit, citing back payment from an accumulation of random drug testing that they forced me to do EVERY visit years ago. At that time my old insurance covered everything but their 300 dollar a visit drug test, so it added up quickly but no one mentioned it to me until recently. If you are young (late 30's) be ready to be drug tested every visit and profiled every visit no matter how serious your injuries are. My current insurance company only requires a 10 dollar Co pay and they know I just had a baby and my family has been affected heavily due to covid, but they don't care to even work out a payment that I can afford. It's hard to believe that they would expect me to come up with 200 a month just for refills or information when they themselves don't make enough to cover that type of payment option. Who can honestly afford that, and if I owed something why did they wait 2 years after covid to hit me with a large bill now?? I can't even get a refill on medication I have been on for years because they refuse to help me in any way. After my back surgery and physical therapy I thought the worst part was over but I guess not, I literally have people playing with my health and this really hurts my job and my family. Worst part is they called me today before my appointment tomorrow to ask for 200 but I couldn't commit to that amount right away and when I called back to pay 200 for my appointment tomorrow they refused to answer the phones. I called 6 times they hung up on me without saying anything and now they are closed for the day but I guess they only make calls not accept them. I like Dr. Wayne very much. He is caring, reasonable and supportive. My only problem with Dr. Wayne's procedures. I have a shy bladder and can't produce urine so it sometimes takes HOURS before I can be successful. Dr. Wayne knows me and my problem but won't budge a tiny bit. With this difficult problem. He must be able to confirm that I am not switching cups around. A little more accommodation would be helpful. I like Dr. Wayne very much. He is caring, reasonable and supportive.
