Dr. Rutledge is so kind, understanding and gentle

Appt started on time and X-rays and cleaning done in an hour. Kelsey and Dr. Rutledge very personable and nice. Loved the window in the room with a view of birds and squirrels.

I love both Doctor’s here as well as my cleanings with Emily! It’s the cleanest my teeth have ever been. Very thorough and always available if I have an issue.

Dr Martin is a very kind, compassionate man. We’ve been using him for years and would highly recommend.

First time visit with Dr. RUTLEDGE - good experience. Not trying to sell you something but trying to find the best treatment for your situation.

I had my first visit with Dr Martin April 21,2022!! I was so pleased !! The entire staff was friendly and helpful! Dr Martin did a wonderful job on my chipped front tooth!! Thank you to all!!

My wife had a random issue and a semi emergency and Dr. Rutledge helped WAY after business hours. Thank you as always for the great care and top of the line service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rutledge for at least 7 years if not longer and he is pretty amazing! He is professional, kind, caring, and passionate about what he does. I started with him when I worked In Gulfshores and I stayed with him (even though I drive from Loxley) because there is nobody I trust more to take care of my teeth. Get your wallet ready, exaggerated high prices for teeth implans, Although it does good work with easy things, Dr Rutledge did unprofessional filling on a teeth (+1 more person )wich later on caused a lot of pain needing another visit to a different doctor to solve the issue, do some research before visit.

I had a great experience for a routine cleaning. When I called to make my appointment, the girls at the front were friendly and knowledgeable. They were very timely with my appointment. I highly recommend both doctors!

This place is absolutely awesome! Dr Rutledge was really cool and explained to me in detail any questions I had. Also, the hygienist I had was the best! Actually looking forward to coming back for my next appointment!

From speaking with Casey at the front desk to Emily as my dental hygienist and speaking with Dr. Martin, I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. I will be returning for more work, but as someone with some severe anxieties about dental work, I believe I am in very good hands.

I messaged Dr Martin after hours for a bad toothache. He called me right back and had me in first thing the next morning. I’m a baby when it comes to teeth and he is always so caring and mindful. His staff are also genuinely nice and helpful.

My appointment was on time. The practice uses careful COVID-19 precautions. The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Rutledge was timely and thorough in his examination. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I had my very first toothache at 45 years-old and I was given Dr. Rutledge’s name by a friend but warned that he was difficult to get into see. I called on a Monday and received an appointment just two days later on Wednesday, February 11, 2021 at 2:00pm. I was there 30 minutes before my appointment and sent a text (as requested by the office) to let them know I was there. Jada brought out the paperwork I needed to fill out as a new patient and requested I text the office phone number when finished. She took my insurance card and driver’s license to make copies while I filled out the very simple paperwork. The paperwork was basic and took no time at all. I sent a message when I was ready. Shannon was Dr. Rutledge’s assistant. She did my X-ray where the toothache was and talked with me and about my dental history. I was comfortable with her immediately. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it. Dr. Rutledge came in and was INCREDIBLE! He diagnosed what was wrong quickly. I was super surprised to find out I had a cracked tooth! He went over all options with me and we chose the best plan for me. My appointment with him was set up as a consultation only and I was afraid it would be a while before I could get in to have the work done he suggested but boy was I wrong! Casey is the wonderful lady who is in charge of checking out Dr Rutledge’s patients and she set up my appointment for m, MONDAY, February 15, 2021! I only had to wait four days to have the work done! Casey is a ROCKSTAR! I will return on Monday, February 15, 2021 to have a crown and possible root canal. I’m not nervous at all. I'm new to the area as of June 2020. I've had lots of Dental work in the past and so I'm the nervous type. The hygienist Kelsey was so super sweet and talked me through everything. Dr. Rutledge was even better! He talked me through our game plan and made me feel so reassured that I'd be greatly taken care of. At the end of my appointment I had to schedule my next one and Kelsey asked the receptionist to put me on her schedule. That made me feel awesome!!! Dr Rutledge repaired the filling and was extremely nice and seemed professional... however, days, weeks, months later, the tooth he worked, on continued to hurt and throb.They told me it would go away every time I called. I broke a front tooth, called his office, got in and he and his asst. made a temporary crown. It was absolutely PAINLESS!! I have been to a dozen dentists over my lifetime. Dr Martin is head and shoulders over most and certainly ranks #1 bar none.

As a good friend of my dentist I was treated like a king and could call anytime day or night. I was very sad to lose that connection. I needed an emergency visit because of a broken crown. Dr. Rutledge and his staff were highly professional and did a great job on a temporary repair and referred me to an oral surgeon for further work. My visit was during the Covid-19 pandemic and I was very comfortable with their measures to make sure everyone was safe. I won’t hesitate to become a regular patient.
