Wayne L. Hofstetter

I went to Dr. Hofstetter after I had a cat scan with a diagnosis of stage 1 lung cancer late in 2018. I can’t even begin to tell you how much I was impressed with his knowledge and his confidence. He is kind and caring. His entire staff is also amazing. I had a lobectomy in February 2019 and I am doing fantastic. I truly owe my life to him.

Dr. Hofstetter is very professional. He is a great doctor! I had esophageal cancer, and have been cancer free for 3 years as of May 2029. Thanks again Dr.Hofstetter!

My husband has suffered with barrett's esophagus for many years. Several years ago he started receiving treatment at mdanderson. Dr. Hofstetter took the time to get to know my husband and what treatment was best for him. I feel that my husband is in very capable hands with dr. Hofstetter and feel blessed that he has him as one of his doctors.

Compassionate and extremely thorough doctor. Sense of humor which to me is important. He offers to hug his patients to put them at ease. He came in on his day off to see me. I owe my life to him.
