If I could give a -100 I would ! This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had by a doctor! I normally see Dr. Cipolla who is awesome but he was not available so I took the appointment with Dr. Kruckmeyer which I will never do again, he is horrible!!! To start with my appointment was at 10:00 on Friday morning and he did not come in to the exam room until 10:50 and did not even apologize for the wait, very rude, my time is just as valuable. They did a blood work up on me and had the results by Saturday morning, yet come Monday no call from anyone to give me the results, I had to call on TUESDAY morning to ask for my results, and did not get a call by Dr. Kruckmeyer just a nurse who could not answer any questions for me at all. This is terrible that I cannot even a call from the doctor. Then early afternoon I called again and asked to have the doctor call me as I am still experiencing a lot of discomfort and had a few questions to ask him what he thinks this might be from. Again NO PHONE CALL just a message in the Portal and this was his response , "The dicyclomine medication does not work instantly, the longer she is taking it and following the diet the sooner symptoms will start improving. If she is having significant worsening of symptoms, then she needs to go to the emergency room. In addition, if she changes her mind and would like me to prescribe antinausea medication we can send prescription to the pharmacy for Ondansetron 4 mg p.o. every 8 hours as needed for nausea/stomach discomfort." I DID NOT SAY I was having NAUSEA . I have been following the diet and have been taking the prescription he gave me on Friday religiously !!! . No personal follow up what so ever! My time is valuable too!! Arrived 15 mins early for a 1pm appointment as I was instructed for a new patient appointment. Was the only one in the waiting room. Was brought back right away. The nurse took all vitals (as I was here strictly to establish a relationship/ physical exam)and recorded in the system. She told me the doc would be right in. After sitting in the exam room for over 35 mins listening to all the nurses talking about their lunches and gossip (nurse station was right outside the door) I got up and left. Not one nurse said anything to me! Waited at the reception to tell them why I was leaving - the receptionist said ok and she would document my chart. No apology, nothing!! Great first impression!! I canceled my husband’s appointment. Needless to say we are looking for a new primary doctor as this was a horrible experience! My time is valuable too!! I have grand mal seizures, the doctor wanted to decrease my medication which I was against to see if “I actually needed it anymore” so I followed his instructions and after 3 days I had a seizure and was rushed to the hospital. When I called to tell him his nurse was super rude, he would not go back to my original dose that kept me SEIZURE FREE FOR 2YEARS. So I have an issue with a doctor who can’t do basic theory, of a patient has been seizure free on X AMOUNT OF MEDICATION WHY EVEN MESS WITH IT. It’s covered through my insurance, me being a seizure victim I valued those 2 years. Now he won’t refill my medication because I told him I need to be on my original dose, what a joke! Plus he stopped taking Illinois insurance. Charges 90 dollars to tell me that he will refill my prescription. So I would absolutely not recommend him. AT ALL. Doesn’t care about patients. He has told me many times go to the ER, because I have missed appointments from getting laid off not being able to afford his visit. Good luck to his patients. Dr. Kruckmeyer is the best doctor I have ever had. I'm 33 years old and have pancreatitis and I have been seeing him for about two years and he has been very thorough and very understanding. He's nice and his patient as well. Best doctor ever!!! ????????????‍⚕️ He also takes meridian insurance.

He is a terrific doctor! Very caring, educated, compassionate, takes whatever time you require and explains things clearly. Receptionists are very dry and cold, never seem happy and don’t greet you or say hello, thanks or goodbye. You have to communicate through an answering service and hope it gets to the office and you get a reply from the staff. I will no longer press “1” for English and you don’t offer German as a language. Portal works but responses are typically slow so both methods require a high level of patience for a reply.

My visit was great ,the office was clean, My appointment was at 10 am and got right in, no waiting time. The nurse who took me in was very nice and funny, the whole experience was a 10,highly recommended, thanks again Tony

He is a good doctor. I would defiantly recommend him.

I have now been waiting for results for a simple blood test for two weeks! No one from his office has called me to tell me anything. When I called to check on results, his assistant, Rose said they have the results but the Dr. has not looked at them yet. He rushes around the office like a chicken without it's head and spends no quality time with the patient. Stares at his computer and has no time for questions and no real answers. His assistant, Rose has a bad attitude and does not record vitals accurately. Something is wrong with her! Would not trust this office with my health again.

I highly recommend Warren Kruckmeyer M.D. and the staff at AMG. Dr. Kruckmeyer has been my personal physician and General Practicioner for 15 years., and has always provided best in class state of the art treatment and diagnosis

Dr Kruckmeyer very thorough and detailed to get diagnosis and treatment correct. His staff follow up on reports and lab results which is reassuring. He was great at hospital to coordinate between all the specialists. He cares about his patients.
