Dr. Warren Jay Katz

I only wish I could give more than five stars to Dr. Warren Katz and his amazing work. I am only two weeks out from having surgery and the results are already beyond my expectations. His experience and knowledge alone was the reason I chose him. I knew I’d be in the best hands and I certainly was. From beginning to end, everything was explained and his staff was always very cordial and available. Highly recommended!

GET YOUR RHINOPLASTY DONE BY DR. KATZ, he is a magician! Choosing him for my rhinoplasty was hands down the best decision I’ve ever made! I spent months researching doctors and met with several other surgeons but ultimately chose to go with Dr. Katz because he was by far the most relaxed (non-pushy), kind, humble surgeon I met with (not to mention his portfolio of work speaks for itself!). Dr. Katz and his entire team made me feel comfortable, educated and prepared for the surgery and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. My results were honestly better than I ever expected!! I highly recommend Dr. Katz! Also a special shout out to the nurse on staff, Heather, she was amazing!

I’ve had a turkey neck for years. Dr. Katz has removed it and I’m very, very pleased with my new neck and the tiny scar line. Thank you, Doctor.

I'm over 3 months since my facelift. I can't really say I'm pleased. I have saggy skin at my jowls! My neck is good. The incisions at the front of my ears healed nicely. But above the ears and behind and in my hairline he used staples! It is still rough as a cob and red. It feels like I had been near an exploding landmine and surgery was done on me on a battlefield by an army doctor. If this is common practice, then shame on plastic surgeons. You should be an ER surgeon instead. He and everyone at the office are very nice.

I had a neck lift and buccal fat removal on April 9, 2019. The results are absolutely wonderful. During the initial consultation, Dr. Katz was very informative and took his time letting me know what I should expect. Mine was a little tricky because of two previous botched procedures done by other doctors. Nurse Melony is the greatest nurse ever. She made me so comfortable and you can tell she cares very much for her patients. The surgery went perfectly and the recover hasn't been bad at all. I used pain meds for a day, then realized I didn't really need them. I can't wait to see what my final results will look like, but even only two weeks out, I couldn't be happier with how I'm looking. There's an incredible difference. I wish I would have done this sooner. I can't thank Dr. Katz and his team enough. They are the best in Dallas. Trust me, I've had 4 plastic surgeons before Dr. Katz. I'll only go to him for now on. Phenomenal doctor and phenomenal staff.

I did my research, and it took me about a year and a few interviews with other plastic surgeons, to confirm (even though I already knew this), that Dr. Katz was the best choice! My credential expectations, were as important, if not one of the most important, necessities that my doctor needed to posses. Dr. Katz is not only Board Certified, he is TRIPLE Board Certified! He is soft spoken, spend time and lends suggestions. His staff is EXTREMELY caring and professional. HIGHLY recommend him!

I just recently had my rhinoplasty by Dr. Katz and i will say the results and experience are more than i expected. Before meeting Dr. Katz i always had a some reservation about getting my nose job becaue you hear so many things that could go wrong and the awful recovery. i didn’t know there was a difference between an open and closed nose job until i spoke with him. He was able to give me the results we discussed with a closed nose job. I absolutely love my nose. Natural yet feminine.

Dr Katz did an amazing job with my rhinoplasty. He more than met my expectations. Him and his entire staff are so kind and make you feel so comfortable every step of the way. My nose looks better than I could’ve thought. He made it look exactly as we discussed in the consult. I told him what I wanted and he just hit it out of the park! Dr. Katz is an extremely skilled surgeon with a phenomenal skill set regarding plastic surgery. He has a keen great eye for knowing just what needs to be done in order to achieve optimal results. After consulting with Dr. Katz regarding my wishes as well as concerns, I couldn't have asked for a better result. My brow lift and an upper blepharoplasty turned out so well that I went back in a year later and had a mid-face lift. I am very happy with the total results;; I highly recommend him.

Very likely. Dr. Katz has many years of experience and I can see the results in other previous rhinoplasty patients. Today, a month after the surgery, I now have a nice nose tip, reduced in overall size and it has internal support I never had previously. I highly recommend Dr. Katz. His work is great and my nose now looks fabulous!

This doctor is the only one for me. He was so very professional and explained every thing that would happen during and after surgery . I am so pleased with my results. I would recommend him to any and everyone looking for a more youthful look. 5 stars

Dr. Katz performed a neck and mid face lift on 8/7 2017. He was the only plastic surgeon I consulted based on the recommendations I received. I am an R.N. with 40 years of nursing experience and have to say every aspect of this experience was exceptional. His staff was accommodating. professional, caring. As for Dr. Katz, his exam was thorough and his recommendations were welcomed. I am ecstatic with the natural looking results and the safe care he and his staff provided. Thank you Dr. Katz.

Dr. Katz and his staff are so welcoming, accommodating and true experts at what they do. He is one of the most personable and caring surgeons I've ever met, despite being rated as one of the BEST in Dallas. I have been a patient of Dr. Katz for over 20 years. I ask of him, whatever you do, please make me look as natural as possible and for goodness sakes, turn back some time on my face and neck. He is brilliant yet conservative. He tells you the truth so you have realistic expectations, and suggest what would be the most attractive and natural outcomes after procedures. I have been appreciative of his skill and integrity at all time. Thus, I have sent him around 15 to 20 patients over the years.

I recently had a bad experience with another surgeon. I was looking for someone to do corrective surgery and was given Dr. Katz's name. I was thrilled with the whole experience. The staff is extremely professional and made you feel like their most important patient. The star is Dr. Katz. He explains every detail all the way through recovery. He prepared me for every phase of the process. I couldn't be happier with my results. I would highly recommend Dr. Katz and his staff.

Beware!! Worst Doctor I have ever been in contact with. Extremely unprofessional demeanor and arrogant. Took my wife in for a face-lift which ended up botchy, she looked before he worked on her. Her face was left with scars- scary! When we went to visit him he was annoyed by our concerns and dismissed us as if we were just a couple of complainers. Since then my wife and I met another surgeon who did a phenomenal job correcting Dr. Warren Katz mistakes. Do not take a risk with this Doctor.

I had a few weeks available in between jobs; so I decided I needed a face lift. I researched and found Dr. Katz. He and his staff were by far the best! He has years of experience and it shows! My husband says I look 15 years younger! They were very accommodating and fit me in to his busy schedule since I was on a short time frame. I could have gone back to work after the first week! I have always disliked my nose, an injury from younger and a deviation, plus genetics, weren't helping when it came to the shape of my nose. It was wide at the top with a bump and turned down. Somewhat of a Roman nose. I researched many doctors , reviews and what not. I set up a consultation with Dr.Katz who met with me very quickly. DR.Katz was kind and informative about realistic expectations. I then met with the nurse , and arranged my surgery. The staff was so warm and friendly and helped me

I drive from Texarkana and drive all the way to Dallas to get mybbotox injections from Vaunda Ortega,RN, CANS. I have tried getting Botox and fillers other places and have had to return to Vaunda for corrections. Her Botox last longer than anyone else's! She always gets it correct the first time and I don't need a follow up. Always an amazing experience.
