Dr. Johnson has his own practice now Johnson Orthodontics. He makes himself available to address any issues that occur via cell phone after hours and will come in if need be. The staff is great, the wait time is less then five minutes most times. They work with you if you don't have insurance, not charging interest. He listens and address any issues. Plus he has people on his staff that are also very knowledgeable so you can rest assure you will get excellent care.
