Dr. Neff told my friend's mother that nothing was wrong with her even though she suffered from severe chest pain, shortness of breath and fever. He said he would order a chest x-ray, but did not. The following morning, she was admitted to the hospital for severe pneumonia. Dr. Neff grossly neglected her severe condition.

Very thorough and knowledgeable doctor. Very responsive to inquiries via MyChart. His thoroughness led to early detection of a disease that was quickly addressed.

Dr Neff constantly misdiagnosed me and whenever I had pain he’d something like say “Well feeling pain means you’re alive.” Maybe that’s his way of saying I don’t know what’s wrong and I don’t care. I had pneumonia for 9 months under his care coughing blood and he said it was allergies. Decided to go to a pulmonologist on my own and at that point took 2 months of antibiotics to cure me and as a result have asthma.

Very straight to the point! Listens well and doesn’t waste your time. Staff is great!

Dr. Neff has been my doctor for almost 14 years. He is an exceptional, very thorough doctor who gets to know his patients problems and monitors them closely. He has found things with me that even specialists in particular fields could not. In fact he saved my life 13 years ago, and I would recommend him without question. I have recommended him to family and friends over the years and they feel the same. I am glad I found him so long ago. Carol Ann Lukens

Dr. Neff is very knowledgable and very nice. He takes the time to answer your questions and listens to your concerns.

Saw Dr. Neff on Friday Feb. 5 for my annual physical exam. He appeared to be rushed. I had several concerns he told me he did not have time to listen, but suggested I talk as he examined me. For an annual physical the exam was less than thorough in my opinion. He expressed a negative comment concerning my dermatologist. That was not good to hear. Overall not a good visit in my opinion.
