Ward P Buster

Dr. Buster did a cervical fusion on me in 2013 and I haven't had a problem since. I have put up with lumbar stenosis and pain for the last 2 years and finally decided on surgery. I got 3 opinions including Dr. Buster's because I really wanted to make sure it was necessary. I am sorry I waited so long. Dr. Buster fused 3 of my lumbar vertebrate on Jan. 13, 2023 and I feel 100% better. I went back to him because my surgery from 10 years ago is still going strong. If I need more surgery in the future, I will definitely trust Dr. Buster to do it. I recommend him to anyone needing back surgery.

Dr Ward Buster is an excellent neurosurgeon & as an added benefit also has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very skilled & truly cares. I had a successful cervical fusion in 2015 & was recently seen for a new issue (which I was so happy to find out won’t require surgery). Dr. Ward did my spinal fusion surgery back in 2010. He did a great job! A decade later and my back is so much better!

I love Dr Buster, he's a fabulous neurosurgeon who has helped keep me on.my feet more than once!

Dr Buster is a wonderful and caring surgeon. He has a fabulous bedside manner.

Dr Buster has been taking care of my mother for several months. The times that I have gone with her to her appointments, he has shown, in no uncertain terms, that he doesn't have time for her. He spends 3 or 4 minutes talking to the patient then heads for the door. If you have any questions, you better talk fast because as he answers you, he's got one foot in the hallway. If you need a referral, he drops the ball. If you need medication, good luck getting it because you can't keep him in the room long enough to get it. His first priority should be caring for his patients but it is getting out of the room as quickly as possible.

A complete waste of time and money. Did not really listen or seem to care.

I met Dr Buster on Thursday following Thanksgiving 2017. I had gone from walking to wheelchair within a two week time span. After examining my MRI, he explained my condition and options. We elected surgery the next day. He said I may have some permanent nerve damage do to the stenosis in the cervical area. It's been a year of therapy, I'm back walking and do most of the things I enjoy. I have had follow up visits and feel that Dr Buster has been very good at listening to my concerns and explaining any changes in my condition. He is a very good doctor????

Wonderful neurosurgeon! I had 2 cervical discs compressing on my spinal cord causing great pain extending from my neck clear down my arm. He removed the plates and replaced them with two titanium plates and fused them to my spine. I recovered wonderfully and I have had no trouble with my cervical spine area since! 3 Spine surgeries in 7 years. I trust him completely as my neurologist.

I have referred several neck and back patients to Dr. Buster and they have all been 100 per cent satisfied. He is caring and listens to his patients concerns.

Dr Buster handled my emergency tumor resection 9 years in 2007. He was punctual, caring & precise about the procedure. The follow up visit in his office was also handled in an efficient & satisfactory manner. I had some special requests to his staff since I was in from Europe and they obliged. In hindsight, the only thing that could have been better was to have carefully explained what to expect after I woke up from the surgery to mentally prepare me, but that's a comment to the whole staff.

The first time my husband had surgery buster did great this second has been so awful my husband has only seen the doctor 1 time since his surgery in December that was about 30 days later which my husband still has swelling then theyou schedule him another appt in march then they cancel and reschedule another in April then cancel it again and reschedule it two weeks later but in the mean time the whole time my husband has told them how much pain he is and they never once tried to get him in
