This doctor office is the worst I’ve ever seen.... the owner only cares about writing prescriptions for things you don’t even have I would not recommend going here if you want to live a health life without having to take over 10 pills a day just so she gets that money from your visit every time I personally know a handful of people who is having to take pills that other doctors said they don’t need and have what the medication is for but they can’t get off of them because it’s for heart and blood pressure so they are stuck taking pills they don’t need because of this place if your a junky and have 60$ per visit witch you have to have every time you need your prescription refilled then this is your heaven because she will ask what you want every time you go I don’t see how this place is still running with all the bad stuff they do to people and ruin there life’s with pills and some how she can prescribe medication she doesn’t even have the rights to be prescribing The last thing is the customer service they provide it’s the worst I’ve ever seen everyone is always being rude and if you call and they don’t want to talk to anyone at that time they will just hang up on you or put you on hold till you hang up witch is very unprofessional Years ago this place was good but money and greed changes people This doctor office is the worst I’ve ever seen.... the owner only cares about writing prescriptions for things you don’t even have I would not recommend going here if you want to live a health life without having to take over 10 pills a day … More

Been going here for over 30 years, things have changed drastically. It has gotten worse over the years.. One minute take your insurance the next she don’t ..! No warning.. one year go there get a bill for $14 twice the next $57 .. and Just being seen. For a refill.. and only she her through a monitor... that’s crazy and uncalled for... It's been years since I've been but I will always love Dr. Starling and have great things to say. Years ago, Dr. Starling advocated for a family member and possibly saved a life in doing so. She is highly skilled and I have the highest recommendation I can give. Thank you Dr. Starling and staff!

I have been trying to get an appt with this provider the receptionist gives me the run around and I never get a call back as to when I can make an appt. So frustrating. I have private health insurance not sure what I am doing wrong?

I never made it to see Dr Starling which came highly recommended from a friend. Once I called about making an appointment for a new patient for copd. I was question like a drug seeker. I never thought an inhaler was for a drug seeker but the lady that answered the phone pretty much ignored my condition and assumed I was a pill seeker. I will choose someone else that doesn’t accuse someone who takes no meds but copd meds as a drug seeker. I never made it to see Dr Starling which came highly recommended from a friend. Faith Based, Family Friendly, & Patient Focused!

Very awesome doctor. She has taken care of my family for 4 generations generations. Even though her prescription pads have been stolen twice she still is not giving up and relies on the Lord To see her through God bless her every efforts.
