This doctor is irresponsible. When my mother went to her medical appointment, the doctor mentioned to my mother that he was with Covid and coughing heavily almost on top of her. Dr Zavala has been my pcp for the past 3 years, he's a great physician who listens and cares for his patients. However, staff leaves alot to be desired. Their performance on followups, referrals and call backs are absolutely TERRIBLE !!! I have no idea where (if at all) they were trained, but most of them (not all) could care less. In July 2017 I went to his office for my routine check-up & without any painful warning in my chest...just a lot pressure & other symptoms, I was having a massive heart attack!! Dr. Zavala, because of your specialty in cardiology, you saved my life and today I am alive and well.!!! You are not only a excellent and compassionate doctor..you are my hero! WARNING: If you like great customer service, respectable staff, excellent bed side manner from the physician, tasks like writing referrals in a timely manner, and overall pleasant patient experience than DO NOT COME HERE. My grandmother and my mother-in-law have Dr. Zavala as their PCP and each time they visit, they complain of their experience. This office struggles mightily with simple tasks such as sending referrals and as recently as within the last month, my family requested a referral from this office to see a specialist and to the surprise of no one, they fumbled this task. The staff seems to take after the doctor who seems disinterested in his patients and in my opinion, is only there to steal money from elderly individuals who are too naive to question his business practices. In my opinion, his practice is a liability in the community because of their constant incompetence and negligence to individuals who are trying to resolve their health concerns. I take my mother to be seen by Dr Zavala who is concerned about her medical needs. she gets good treatment. The staff is friendly. Overall, I give all a good rating.

Dr. Zavala is an excellent practitioner! I've thoroughly enjoyed being a patient of his for years, as I've watched his practice and knowledge expand. He truly listens, asks questions and offers support. Every time I leave the office I feel confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend him!

Dr. Zavala thinks he is God. He never listened to my complaints. 3 times I walked out of his office in tears. At my second visit he told me he allotted 10 minutes per patient and got up and walked out on me. Would not recommend.

This DOCTOR SUCKS! My dad has been going here for awhile now and had to be rushed to the hospital one day and come to find out Dr. Zavala had OD my dad with one of his medications and when my dad went to his follow up he basically told my dad that the ER doctor didn't know what he was taking about. Mind you 3 different doctors have all given him the same diagnosis. I WILL DEFINITELY BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR FOR MY DAD because it's obvious that this office doesn't care about there patients!!!! This DOCTOR SUCKS! Dr. Zavala was very thorough and straight to the point. He has a very funny sense of humor which made the visit more pleasant. I highly recommend. It's sad when patients don't get their way and they have to write bad reviews, but better to experience for yourself. I would be worried if there was no waiting time, would you rather go to a restaurant that had no customers or the one with a bit of a wait, but you know it's because it's that good?

We have had it up to here with this Dr. On multiple occasions, I have showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment and have waited up to an hour AFTER my appointment time to be seen. This is completely unacceptable for a 75-year old woman. I intentionally make appointments as early in the day as possible to avoid these inconveniences and at my age, time is precious. I WILL be finding a new doctor!!!!

This office is very nice and clean,love the fact that they have coffee and snacks for the patients I find the staff to be sweet and all are very knowledgeable ,and friendly. Dr zavala was very thorough and informative he was very personable.

If you value your time, don't waste it here. This is a frustrating place to be at and they lost another patient. Not bring our mom back here. I just called them to get basi information about accepting new patients and insurance acceptance. The receptionist was very short tempered, not friendly at all. You would think that when someone calls a medical office they would be a little more "plesant"???? I was planning on even changing my doctor but after that conversation with the receptionist. NO WAY. I had a very good experience at Dr.Zavala's office. He is very understanding and very informative. Took his time with me and answered every question. The staff was very nice as well. The waiting time is like any other doctor office. You wait but the waiting time is worth it at the end.
