The office staff has ran the practice into the ground. Just abusive.

I and my family have been going to Dr Woodhouse for over 20 years, but unfortunately I am not going to be using his services anymore. He is a wonderful doctor, but his staff is rude and very unhelpful. I went to get a prescription and check-up. The office visit was fine but the prescription was never sent. When I called back to the office to ask the status. they put me on hold, after 15 minutes I hung up and called back. The medical assistant said they had called in the prescription but when I checked with both my Insurance provider and the pharmacy they had no record. I told the medical assistant at Dr. Woodhouse this and she said there was nothing more they could do. I even offered to stop by and take the script to the pharmacy, but was told they couldn't do that. So I paid for the visit and got nothing in return. I really hate to give up on Dr. Woodhouse's services but this is not the way to treat people. If I could give Jenna Klump 100 stars I would! Appointments with her are wonderful and I like the office staff. They always treat me well and are respectful.

When you want to be abused and accused by his family’s “staff”, who all believe THEY are the Dr.. Any Dr. I have even been to that has their family on staff, it’s a problem. I am very thankful to have Dr. Woodhouse for my primary care physician, I trust him with all my health needs and concerns.

Love Dr Woodhouse & his PA Jenna Klump. There is a great new staff there, Cala & Becky...super helpful...totally different vibe! Have been going there for 10yrs & this is great!!!!!!!

Incompetent, uncaring, lazy & arrogant office staff. They make excuses for everything, if they decide to answer the phone. I just started seeing Dr. Woodhouse and Sadly I put off seeing him because of the comments I read on here about his staff. I think his staff are as wonderful as he is. You don't find too many physician that take the time with you like he does. So happy to have him as my physician.

Dr. Woodhouse is awesome but his office staff are horrible. Not worth it anymore. They act like school children. They don't treat you like a patient. I am paying them for a service and I expect to be treated with respect. 2x now when the dr was out of town, the office wasn't open so I could get my labs drawn. I drive 30 minutes. I love Dr woodhouse. He stays curious and is constantly learning. Because of his attentiveness and careful listening he was able to find that I had a rare disease of the Adrenals. My insurance changed so I had to go on to another doctor, unfortunately. I highly recommend Dr woodhouse

HEY DR WOODHOUSE !!!! I hope you read your reviews. Your nasty staff treating adults like toddlers is ruining your business. You have always been kind. You have always been helpful. I am guessing either your not seeing what is happening OR you’re done being a Dr. now, if it’s the latter it’s fine. If it’s the former your staff will insure the latter . One staff member has always been kind and anyone who has been there knows who that is, she stands out like a light much needed there. Dr. Woodhouse is a good doctor but the office staff isn't very good at their job. Plus when you need a refill you have to call them yourself because the pharmacy cant because the Dr. office is electronic yet. Also I'm angry because Dr. Woodhouse prescribed 3 medications for my dad that he isn't even taking anymore. It cost my dad almost $400 dollars for meds he don't even take. The pharmacy can not take them back either.

Office staff is horrible to talk to. They are very combative and disrespectful when speaking to you.

His office staff are rude, nasty, combative and just plain rude. He was a good doctor however dealing with that office staff is not worth at.

I was a patient of Dr. Woodhouse for about 5 years. He treated me for my hypothyroidism, and increased my medication to the point of being very HYPERthyroid. I made a visit to see him for anxiety (a symptom of being over medicated), he told me to pray about it, and suggested a supplement (his answer to everything). I saw him again for chest pain and heart palpitations, also symptoms of being over medicated. All my labs were showing that I had too much thyroid hormone in my system, my TSH was basically zero, but he said my numbers were fine. I was textbook over medicated but I trusted him and suffered through it for YEARS. I switched to a new doc. I’m now on about half the dose of thyroid meds, labs are good, no more heart palps and chest pain, anxiety is under control, new doc gave me an RX for anxiety instead of just telling me to pray. Other issues: sick visit appts are never available. Staff would never call in refills after visits as stated, I always had to call several times.

Dr. Woodhouse is a fabulous Doctor Who I currently see twice a year. He was able to diagnose and treat a problem for me when no other doctor could. I drive 6 hours to see him twice a year. This poor review is directed toward his office staff. His office is comprised of family members so there is not much that he can do. I have referred several friends to make the trek to see Dr. Woodhouse but I prepare them to deal With his front office. Sadly they don’t seem to care about your treatment or allow you to speak to the doctor, send prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, delay filling prescriptions....I’m not sure if it’s just meanness or incompetents. Dr Woodhouse is worth waiting for. He spends the time you need. He is uncommonly concerned with your well-being. I recommend him highly he saved my life and I have been with him for 20 years. And I haven't found another doctor like him. He is excellent.

My visit today was very good. Dr. Woodhouse shared information about my health conditions; what needs to improve, which areas I'm doing well. And he shared general information that my household can use, to be healthier. He was receptive to learning about an app I use to check the safe/toxic degree of products. His staff was patient, helpful. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of his. He gave me tips on how to save money at the pharmacy. LS of Rossford, OH

Kind, caring doc & staff. They are good at making me feel important. Dr. Woodhouse is willing to listen to our issues and treat them properly. Been going here for years.

I was dissatisified with lack of (intelligent) care from several doctors, before a friend recommended Dr. Woodhouse. He is Amazing, and my health is greatly improved in many ways,, using common sense approach, NO harsh synthetic drugs!

Best doctor that I've ever been to. He takes the time to explain everything in way you understand. He even drew me a diagram to really go into detail. I also did blood tests that no doctor ever did before. So helpful!

Dr. Woodhouse and his staff are GREAT. And having a lab right there is so handy. You know your lab results get to him on time, which greatly facilitates your medical care. His staff includes family members, and they along with the rest are respectful and quite easy to work with. The doctor takes time to explain everything to you, and goes the extra mile to determine the best route to better health for you as an individual. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially those looking for a physician who embraces and encourages natural response before jumping to use of manufactured drugs. He is an amazing doctor. In fact the best doctor I've had in years. Unfortunately, his office staff can be a bit rude. Took me weeks to get a prescription refilled. Since he is such a great doctor I will continue to go to him. Just wish the staff was a bit more helpful, compassionate, and professional.

My first appointment was horrible. The didn't see for an hour after my appointment time. The people in the office really seemed to enjoy making me waiting. After,I was graced by the doctor. He didn't seem to be happy To see me. Horrible bedside manner.

His office staff are thee most horrible things I have ever ever come across. I recommended a few people to Dr. Woodhouse and they said they refused to schedule appointments because of this. It is hurting your business. Don't let your wife and your daughter-in-law run your front office. It borders on negligence when a secretary answering the phone is making medical decisions for people. Thats all they are they are not trained nurses.

The office staff is horrible! I had to go see other doctors because of urgency of my health issues they can never get you in and or he is not in, handled my testing poorly! Dr. Woodhouse after several discussions about my health and the issues i had with staff getting my results and was told i need to get the results and bring them in. After being sick for 5 months not being able to breath I decided to change Doctors. Best thing I ever did! I do not think he is competent nor the staff

Very good doctor, but awful office staff. They are always, nasty, rude and condescending, especially over the phone. People call there because they arent feeling well and the girls there only make you feel worse. Very sad how many good doctors fall in the darkness behind, horrible front office staff!!! Shame on them!

His office staff is the main reason. They are so rude to you on the phone and just nasty. I wanted to speak with the doctor when suddenly my hair was falling out in clumps and I could not take any time off of work to go in the office. All I wanted was a 5 minute conversation but they refused. So I am sick from all these medications he has given me and cannot even speak to my doctor? He is over an hour away and I pay cash for every appt. no insurance.
