Was less than 10 minutes late for an appointment and was told I needed to reschedule for another day with one person sitting in the waiting room. The receptionist was rude and her customer service training must have never happened. Her final comments were, "Have a good one". I would not recommend Valley Podietry to anyone unless you don't mind rude treatment. Their mission statement does not reflect the service or atmosphere that you actually get as a patient.

I'd put off a problem because I was worried about the treatment options. He listened - carefully - to my issues, proposed a plan, and yet was willing to modify it to suit my objectives. He's one of the best specialists I've ever seen. Great staff, NO wait time.
