Dr. Rock has been my grandson's physician since birth 8 years ago. He has always been kind, thorough and ,most importantly,professional and knowledgeable. His experience and commitment brought our baby through a very difficult health concern with flying colors. We had complete confidence in his advice each and every time we needed him. The staff is receptive and responsive when we needed to get him in almost immediately. We wouldn't go anywhere else ever. And as a 68 year grandmother ,I have seen it all in health care over the years! My grandson says Dr. Rock rocks! And he's right. Dr. Rock has been my grandson's physician since birth 8 years ago. The WORST experience I have ever has with a physician! This man is an embarassment to the PAFR practice! He does not listen to the child or the parent. He makes belittling comments aloud in the room toward the child and parent. He has less than zero beside manner or patience. He was rough and aggressive with my five year old child even screamed at him within inches of his face. This man should have NEVER become a doctor, never mind a pediatrician! I am devesated by the way he treated and traumatized my child. I will drive the hour to Children's hospital before I ever subject my child to this foul mannered human being again. Poor listener. Does not take what you say into account most of the time. Spends most of the visit conversing with his self and computer. I reported a serious side affect from a medication that he continues to "push"/recommend we put our child on! Please find another pediatrician!!
