Dr. O'Donnell is highly insightful and knowledgeable. His manner is courteous and respectful and he is a good listener. We are fortunate to call him our Doctor.
After meeting "Dr." O'Donnell yesterday while visiting my aunt at Mass General yesterday, I was not impressed with his care and diagnosis of the problem. My impression of this "Dr." is that he was trying to placate an ill patient by stating it was the stress of being in the hospital causing her paranoia and hallucinations and not the medication he had prescribed to treat the problem.

I wasa very pleased with Dr. O'Donnell. He made notes of every detail I mentione, no matter how insignificant I thought the questions were.He, with his assistant, Joanne, set up the dates for various tests and helped me with the scheduling since I was coming in from NH.Very warm comforting manner. A very professioal doctor.
