Dr. Little is a very personable man that's easy to talk to. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure he was going to do as well as the recovery process and did not mind my questions. Would highly reccomend to anyone needing a urologist.

Dr. Little has been thorough and patient with me in question I asked. As usual the office makes appointments too close together and it took over an hour for a ten minute appointment.

Very friendly and professional. Great experience.

We are so thankful for Dr Little! He was very kind and thorough in his exam and explained things with easy to understand instructions. He took time to answer all our questions with no hesitation while my dad was in the hospital and for his follow up in the clinic. Even though he and his staff had to stay late to work my dad in, we didn’t feel rushed or like a burden and front staff went above to help with insurance issues. Very grateful for the care received. We also met Dr Ramirez during the hospital stay and he was very caring and thorough. Would recommend either for care. And grateful for the compassionate received so far! Office visit on time. Lab work taken prior to visit so info available. Well organized and staff congenital.

Dr. Little and all the staff were very courteous, friendly, helpful and most efficient from start to finish with my first appointment at this office. I was VERY pleased.

I have been around for many years and have had appointments with many doctors not only in this state (Tenn) but other states like Florida and Arizona. Dr Walter Little is the most competent, thorough and overall best Doctor that has attended my health care.

This was the first time visiting Dr Little. I found him to be very knowledgeable in his profession. He explained my problem in layman turns so that I could understand. He was kind and gentle. I would recommend him to anyone I know that is in need of his service. Thank you Dr Walter Little.

Great staff, kind and thorough MD.

Everyone was so nice and understanding to me and my questions. And I only had to drive 45 minutes to get there. Dr. Littles office was real easy to find too! God Bless him and his staff ????❤

Everything is always good with this office. Dr Little is always professional and helpful. He has always listened when l have questions. His staff is also top notch!!

Kidney stones are NO JOKE If you are looking to be treated by a Doctor that proactively and aggressively offers solutions to avoid the pain of kidney stones. You definitely want to be treated by Dr. Little

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Little is to the point and explains your diagnosis well.

One of the greatest Doctors around and these negative comments are ridiculous. Theeir staff are great and always helpful. They have regulations they have to go by and to hear some of these negative comments are the ridiculous part.

My husband and I met Dr.Little at Sumner Regional Medical Center where my husband was hospitalized in an emergency situation. Dr.Little is a patient,caring,kind,intelligent specialist in urology care. My husband needed surgery and we were confident that Dr. Little was the man for the job. He goes out of his way to patiently answer any questions or concerns and he explains things so that we understood each step and procedure needed. We highly recommend him for anyone needing a great urologist.

Set up an appointment for a vasectomy and three days out I was contacted by the billing department stating I would have to pay up front. I asked why and was told that my insurance company, even though the company covers the procedure, wouldn't send them a personalized stament stating they would pay. Therefore, I would have to front the $950 for the procedure myself, even though my insurance states it's 100% covered if I've met my deductible. Along with this I had to contact the insurance company myself to find out about the coverage because according to Misty, the billing worker I spoke with, she "just has trouble contacting Tricare" even though I gave her a direct number to an operator. She never contacted them; not even once. So I will no longer be going to this urologist since he apparently has incompotent employees handling his affairs, and I highly suggest you don't either. Dr Little attempted to perform a Vacectomy on me but he was unable to find one of the vas deferen tubes so he was unable to do the procedure. I paid for the procedure up front and he wouldn't even give me money back.

I did NOT appreciate how the woman spoke to me on the phone! Calling to schedule an appointment with these people are ridiculous! Why do You have to be so rude??!! That is not good business at all! As far as the Doc, excellent but, that lady who answered the phone on 12-10-2015 @ 11:15am should be fired!! Like seriously, who speaks to someone like that?!
