Had xrays, cleaning and exam. No cavities. Cleaning experience was phenomenal... super, precise, thorough job.

Everyone is very friendly/knowledgeable and with my insurance i did not have to pay anything. What else could you ask for.

I’m always so nervous about going to the dentist but Brook is absolutely amazing and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. Joe is amazing & funny and is great with my kids as well. Very pleased with the office definitely recommend them if you need a dentist.

I came in to get some wisdom teeth removed Dr. J was able to get me in within a day. It was really amazing considering another O'Fallon dental office wouldn't see me for over a month. I was in a lot of pain! Then, his assistants and he himself were super nice and made me feel taken care of. He popped the teeth out and gave me prescriptions to take to the pharmacy. The prices were fair and laid out for me before I got anything done. I really appreciate that. What's a little money compared to not being in pain all the time. Thank you Dr. J! Staff/DR was great! They exceed expectations and make you feel comfortable. Dentist is sensitive to your need and very kind person.

I am absolutely scared to death of the dentist. Doc and his staff put me right at ease. Was pain free the whole time he worked on me 2 root canals. He went above and beyond most dentist he even called me last night to check in on me. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. .

Balance was paid in full at time of service. It is required. Months later I got a bill for almost $800 for services they did not submit an insurance claim on. Now they've sent it to collections. The collections company assured me they would resolve and have claim submitted and they did not. Disputed and now I will have to do what the dental company should have! File a claim...and then another for having to go through this. Be careful to get all charges upfront and call the insurance company to verify! We went to this office to finish a procedure started by another office. I had FlexSpend dollars to spend in a hurry. They were happy to take every penny plus insurance and more. I should have known! Wish I had done more homework! Note- All coverage was verified the day of appointment since the coverage was very new. Insurance info provided is yet to be billed. Tears were to simply have the process over. Visits were certainly stressful at times. I would not say she had full confidence. She just needed it over. Since the retainer didn't last 8 months I guess its not over. Balance was paid in full at time of service. It is required. Going to the dentist has never been a favorable experience for me, but my visit with Lakeland Hills Dental was pretty great. A charming and sociable staff that had me smiling even when there was drilling. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and energetic. I’m glad I found them.

Dr. Joe is a stupendous dentist with excellent polished skills no matter what the procedure may be. I have seen his work and experienced it with him and his team. This dental office is always timely. They take you in for your dental cleaning etc. at the scheduled appointment time or before, if you arrive a little early. You are in and out in a timely manner. I have been going to this place for as long as I can remember. They are quick and precise people. I just got 3 wisdom teeth taken out and I feel perfectly fine. I was in and out with my wisdom teeth. Very clean and easy job. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist.

10/10 recommend. I called yesterday 01/07/2020 needing to be seen due to my wisdom teeth bothering me. I was a new patient! They got me in for an appointment the same day!! They worked with me even though I didn’t have my insurance information available to me at the time. They gave me antibiotics and pain meds to help comfort for the time being. I called the next day 01/08/2020 @ 12:50pm in severe pain to make an appointment to get my wisdom tooth extracted and they got me in the same day again for 2:30pm not even two hours after I called!! Hi the doctor and his team were their jovial selves yesterday. It’s always a pleasure to see the doctor and his fine team of professionals. Clearly it’s a happy place to work, very efficiently run with a great work ethic and most professional and warm bedside or chair side in this case manor. My entire family is seen by this team including my special needs son and the doctor and his team put my son at ease which if you have a special needs child who is nervous about doctor visits in general is not an easy thing to do. I was there this morning with an insurance issue, the receptionist took time out to help me figure things out and I so appreciate her for that! went there around 10 yrs ago and i came back in b/c the dentist i originally had couldn't do the work that needed to be done and i called their office and fixed the issue , couldn't be happier , joe is a outstanding dentist and wished i seen him earlier but after i was there , not going anywhere else keep up the good work joe

Dr. Joe does great work! I literally had a wisdom tooth pulled this evening and felt no pain whatsoever. He’s professional, friendly and makes sure he takes care of his patients to the best of his ability.

Wisdom tooth was causing a lot of pain got recommended by a co worker so I called got me in to do a evaluation and ended up pulling my tooth same day on short notice. Dr Joe and staff was very professional and I was very satisfied!!! Will be coming back for more work.

I have been a patient of Dr Joe's for nearly fifteen years. Of all the dental work he has done , including implants and overdentures, his work has been outstanding! From the time he studied at the dental school until he established his beautiful office, he has never lost his sense of humor or his dedication to patient satisfaction!
