Dr. James is very warm and attentive. Above all , he is kind. In addition, he explains things about my sleep apnea well and on a level I can understand. He is specific about my “plan of action” to improve my sleep. He always asks about my Baby, my little Dog. I give Dr. James my highest recommendation.

I was very disappointed in my appointment with Dr. James. He did not listen to my problem or give me an opportunity to explain my situation. He rattled off a yes/no questionnaire, then gave me a speech it sounded like he'd given a million times. I went to him somewhat desperate for help and he offered virtually none; I left feeling like he did not understand the issues I was having at all. He was dismissive. Returned facemask 12/12/19 and still no refund. I have signed DME returned form . The austell DME billing never picks up. I even called Piedmont billing and they said I should drive to Austell bc they wouldn't pick up their calls either. A billing office no one can reach is a HUGE RED FLAG that this office needs to be investigated.

Dr. James, Mr. Walsh and Ms. Cody are the best at what they do...I had to have a CPAP and I am very claustrophobic, they first got to the root of my issue and have been providing excellent customer service and care for me since my diagnosis. I have been using my CPAP for almost 30 days and can tell the difference already - my energy level is up and I not as tired or sleepy throughout the day. I recommend this team to anyone who is having pulmonary related issues. He seems attentive, but he spends the MINIMUM amount of time with you, charges your the MAXIMUM and his office staff under preforms at every opportunity. The fact that you have to pay up before they speak to you sets the stage for the whole experience. It's almost like you have to swipe your credit card to get people to look at you and swipe again for them to listen and several times more to get them to act or respond, except for billing you. Also, they do not seem to respond to the vendors they refer you to, even after repeated calls. If you get upset they seem very attentive and promise over and over to get things taken care of but after you hang up not much else happens. You'll have to spend your time calling over and over trying to get them to preform even it you've paid your bill. This place is a racket so the doctors can travel with their families and hang their travel photos on the wall for you to admire.

Wonderful, thoughtful and compassionate caregiver!

Dr. James is great. He is very personable and pleasant. He is good at explaining your condition, but he also listens to what you have to say. He is very knowledgeable, and I trust him. You can tell that he cares about you as a patient. All the staff are friendly and efficient. I also really like his PA or NP. She is great about returning phone calls and answering questions.

Dr James always takes his time during my appointments to ask me questions (and listen to my answers) and to answer all of my many random questions. I appreciate that he never makes me feel like he's rushing me through the appointment.

Dismissive and condescending are the first traits that come to mind with this doctor. He made no small talk & also gave no feedback about what he was discovering during the exam. Poor bedside manner & interrupted me during my symptom description. I mostly felt treated like an object rather than an intelligent patient looking to discover answers. I would not recommend him. Very poor experience.
