Wonderful and understanding staff.

Dr. Osta is a very nice doctor. Listens to what you are saying and explains things to you. He has helped me so much with the pain I have had for over 40 after a sever back injury.

This doctor talks to his patients very disrespectfully. He yelled at me once and I brushed it off, the second time I walked out. I have insurance, I am the client, and there’s plenty of doctors that I can see that are way more professional.

Dr. Osta is a very nice and helpful person. Answers all questions I have for him. The staff is also very helpful, in person and on the phone. You are seen by Dr. Osta on your appointment time or sooner. Overall, a great experience going to Dr. Osta.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! This man got extremely irate because I asked him a question about my medication. He began yelling and accused me of not taking the medication and selling pills! I was appalled at his lack of professionalism and attitude. He is the type of doctor that don't want the patients to question anything that he does. I wish that I could score him lower, what a jerk!

If i could id give him 0 stars. His office alters with test results when they no longer want you as a patient. Not me personally but my mother, i take care of all her medications for her and have been doing for years. i would never mess with anyones medication. I would also never tell anyone to go there ever to this clinic . BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE! They will tamper with your urine test before they go to labs if they do not want you as a patient. My mother was positive for one medication the doctor gave her the month before and forgot he gave it to her and didnt put in his paperwork. Had to bring a note from her pharmacy saying he gave her the medication. The other medication that was found in her urine she is highly allergic to and would of died from it (medication was not brought up till after she showed him the papers from phamacy). Instead of arguing with the doctor, the nurse, and the desk people there. I told my mother we will find a more legit place for her to go to because something is just not right. We will also share the experience she had at the office after going there for years. Me personally I find it funny how when anyone leaves a comment EXPOSING THIS COMPANY. Everyone is a drug addict and has a problem. And for everyone else out there during this time my mother had blood work and other urine test done at her PCP and none of these drugs was found. Her PCP MONITORS ALL HER MEDICATIONS AS WELL. As they hae for years. This places was the only place that tampered with her urine and found other drugs in her system. So here now comes someone probably from the office doing the usual cover up so patients enjoy this next lie the company will tell you to cover this exposer. Professional Where? You will not find one in this office. Instead of fixing their system and maybe getting rid of the people for tampering with the test. They would rather try to down grade people for exposing the truth. When truth is said they are mad the truth can not and will not be deleted. This will remain a bad comment about their business on google for many of other people to see before picking a place. PEOPLE PLEASE PICK WISELY YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF MY MOTHERS EXPERIENCE. The reason why they have angry comments is because when anyone writes anything they try to make it seem like the patients are the problem. Trying to say i do drugs because they are messing with peoples life. My mother really needed help and this place after 8yrs dropped her. i can keep going on and on on this post and will continue to keep going because the company keeps adding to there post to make it seem like im crazy. I was so pleased with Doctor Osta and felt he really understood and cared about me. Last year he told me he had to discharge me because he didn’t take my insurance any longer. I had been going to another pain doctor since which has been going fine. I had the opportunity to change my insurance so I did. I called to make the appointment with Dr. Osta first time I called I was told to wait until closer to November 1st when my new insurance kicks in. So I called today and the first person told me that they did indeed take my insurance in the first place And I never had to change it. I was confused l, she said since you haven’t seen the doctor in more than 3 months she had to speak to him first. I called them back 30 minutes and she said the doctor said because I saw another doctor I can’t be seen by him! I am so confused and feel lied to. I made a major change and changed my insurance because he really was a good doctor to me. The receptionist just kept changing reasons why I couldn’t be seen. I asked to speak with the doctor but she refused and Basically hung up on me. I have no idea why I can’t be seen at this office any longer. I was very impressed with the staff at the front desk. They all was very polite and treated me like a human being. Dr Osta was very patient, asked me many questions about my health history dating back to 1995 when I was in a critical condition in the icu. I sustained multiple injuries from my neck to my lumbar region. I’m looking forward to my next appointment to bring along my report of my MRI results of my S1,L5,L4as long as my results of cervical area so we can start diagnosing of having my epidural steroid shot and the radio frequency abliation ( burn nerve root) I can’t wait to get this I was very impressed with the staff at the front desk. The first time I went to his office , I could barely walk due to the pain I was in . He gave me a spinal injection and it was amazing . I almost cried from being out of pain for a couple days . He is the best in his field in my opinion.

I am probably one of his first patients in his private practice. I started seeing him in 2011 when he had only few patients (and the wait was not that long). Over the years, Dr. Osta remained as compassionate and caring as he was on the first day we me. Unfortunately I will need a pain clinic for the rest of my life, but fortunately I have Dr. Osta on my side.

Dr Osta has been great,I have seen him for the last 3 years. My appointments have always been on time with no waiting. I recommend him to any one with pain

That addict word is about to cost him, he tampered with my urine without knowing that I had a drug screen the prior day from my previous pain clinic because I was sick of being mistreated by him! But my lawyers are going to handle this now I was called all type of Addicts and the opiate he said was in my urine I’m highly allergic to it and it’s in my medical records good luck everyone!

I called the doctor's office to schedule an appointment. I was told once I couldn't be seen because my claim was on hold. I definitely understood. Very disappointed with Dr. Osta, I have been seeing him for several years and was told as of today he couldn't fill my prescription any more as my test results were only showing trace amounts of my medication .i have been taking this medicine the same way for years and for Dr Osta to suddenly insinuate that I didn't take my medication is a joke. I am not going back anymore. The times I have been there I have heard him yell at several patients. His own medical staff has made comments to me about how rude he can be. The doctor doesn't show up for work on time, they are usually late for first few appointments,not to mention the facility it self is very delapitated.ceiling tiles falling in restrooms never clean. I need my pain medications and this man was my saver. My GP suddenly cut me off and sent me to this clinic. I was very worried at first but after my first visit I was very happy. I just want to express how satisfied I am with this place. Dr. Walid Osta is a very great doctor, he is soft spoken and listens and explains things to you if you have questions. Dr. Osta is very cool and honest. He treats my mother as if she is his own mother. He always tells her "if you were my mother this is what I would do". My mother loves him and respects him for that. I highly appreciate that he treats my mother the way he treats his own family. This says a lot about him as a human being and as an honest and genuine doctor. It is really hard these days to even find a pain clinic and a pain doctor to see you and manage your pain medications. So just being able to find Dr. Osta and see him in his clinic in Dearborn was a blessing by itself. I kept low expectations however I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the doctor and his staff actually respect and care about the patients. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable before I even saw the doctor. The young girl who checked me in gave me useful advice about how and where to do my nails. I waited good 15-20 minutes before I saw Dr. Osta, but he was worth the wait. On the first visit, he spent with me about 50 minutes going through my records and discussing my problems and the treatments. On every subsequent visit Dr. Osta still gives me the time and respect I expect from respectful doctor. I have degenerative disk disease in the neck and back due to years of labor work at the steel mill. The honest truth is that Dr. Osta was the only doctor who was able to give me a decent quality of life. This guy is as honest and straightforward as he is caring, gentle, and smart. Over the years, I saw several pain doctors in the area and none of them really cared about me, the patient... Half of them were crooks and the other half booked me for an injection before they even talked to me or saw my records. Dr. Osta is different. He gave me my pain medication knowing that this is the only thing that helps my pain and keeps me going. He never pushed any injections on me after it became clear to him from my records that they actually never worked. A pain patient for over 20 years and I can tell you that I have never been treated with respect and dignity until I started seeing Dr. Osta. The wait is relatively not bad and it's been much worse at the previous clinics. Dr. Osta and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I am very well treated and respected at this clinic. I am glad I found this place, which is actually just 10 minutes from where I live. I am very proud to be a patient of Dr. Osta.

Dr. Osta is very knowledgeable, however, I have found myself looking for a new doctor as his staff is the worst possible staff someone could employ in a medical office. They are rude, they are not professional, they receive paperwork and then claim they didn't, and in the end he's normally yelling at the patient rather than getting some knowledgeable employees in there to make things better. Getting in an urgent appointment - no way!!

Dr. Osta is clearly knowledgeable within his field but his condescending demeanor leaves a lot to be desired. I have been to 5 appointments now, only one of which was on time. Every other appointment I was not seen for over 1.5 hours beyond the scheduled appointment time, despite arriving early. On top of all of this, I have never dealt with staff more rude and incompetent than at this office. Please make the smart decision and go see a different doctor. Any experience is better than this.

This is the most unprofessional Man I ever met in my entire life !! Talked to me like I was a animal I had a clue when I walked in and he was SCREAMING and scolding a elderly lady about being early for her appointment. Over the past 12 years I have been to several pain clinics in the Metro area and Dr. Osta clinic is by far the best. A very clean and nice office with respectful and polite staff (this is really rare to find in a pain clinic!!!). The wait is between 10 and 40 minutes, depending on the day but when you are sitting in the lobby you don't see any crackheads sitting around you (It looks like most of his patients are older). The doctor is nice but very serious. On every visit, he perform a detailed exam and asks me all sort of questions. He always listens to me and addresses my concerns. He prescribes me some pain medications and does an injection every few month, and this has tremendously improved my quality of life and allowed me to keep my job at the assembly line. I recommend you to see Dr. Osta if you are in pain. You will not regret that decision. Dr. Walid Osta has clearly been doing his job for a while and he knows his stuff very well. From the first visit, I got much more educated about my condition than I've previously learned from the last pain doctor that I saw for years. I still get more educated every time I see Dr. Osta. He is smart, sharp, and professional. He listens to me and spends time with me on every visit. Dr. Osta is also very easy going and nice but please don't try to BS him (I learned this the hard way) as you will get caught very quick. Busy office but the wait time is acceptable compared to my previous pain clinic. The staff is unbelievably nice and work with my transportation service with no problem. I am a disabled army physician due to severe neck and back pain. I know what a good doctor is because I am a doctor myself. Dr. Osta is a very knowledgeable, smart and sharp young physician. His treatments are evidence based and tailored to the patient's unique situation. He's always been very nice and polite with me and he always addressed as "Doctor" although I haven't been in practice for over 10 years. Dr. Osta is a humble down to earth physician that I highly recommended to everybody.

Dr. Osta is really kind and he listens to you. He is very strict but very nurturing and kind. He will tell you if something is bad or if something is good for you and he is does it in a nice way. I feel a mutual respect with him. I like the office staff the girls are always really nice to us there. The MAs that put me in the room are always friendly too! Appointments are made easily. I recommend Dr Osta because he listens. He has concern for me & for his patients I believe

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible office staff very rude. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. He did not want any of my medical records from my previous doctor. I will not recommend him to any of my friends or family and will activly discourage anyone from seeing him. This was my first visit and will be my last.

Dr. Osta is one of those rare doctor's who take the time to actually listen..the staff is excellent. You are not rushed through, and professional care is key here. He's a thouroghly good doctor.

I am very grateful to Dr. Osta and his staff who are helping me with my pain and giving me some quality of life. I started seeing Dr. Osta in Canton about 2 years ago. His care and kindness were unparalleled. This is why I decided to follow him to Dearborn, although it is now a 45 minutes drive from my house. I love this new office in Dearborn which is much bigger and nicer than the one in Canton. Dr. Osta listens and spends time with his patients even if he is very busy and running behind. I got introduced to Dr. Osta and his pain clinic through my daughter, who's been a patient of his for over 5 years. Dr. Osta spent over an hour with me on my first visit, listening to me, examining me, and talking about how he's going to help me. This was a big contrast to my previous pain doctor who rarely spent over 3 minutes with me. Dr. Osta agreed to keep me on my pain medications, which were actually helping me a lot. He talked about the epidurals, but he respected my decision not to have them as they never helped me before. I am currently seeing him every month and on every visit Dr. Osta shows the same concern, respect, and attention to my needs that he showed on my first visit. Although he's usually very busy and his office is full of people, he never rushed me through my visit and he always made sure to answer all my questions and to keep asking me if I had any further questions. Dr. Osta is a true saver and a live and true example of what doctors should be. I had a pain free spine injection today that I normally get while being put to sleep. very comfortable experience. Dr. Walid listened to my concerns about having the injection while being awake and assured me that it would be very minimal discomfort, I had no discomfort. I found a great doctor!!

Sad that the Canton office is closed. Dearborn office is very clean. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Osta takes his Pc in the room and inputs every single answer to every question. Being Diabetic I cannot yet get spine shots. When my A1C lowers I will try it. I've asked many patients if they work, I've heard all good pain management stories. He watches over his patients to be sure they do not aquire a drug problem. That's shows he cares truly about your pain and your safety.
