Unfortunately this office will not be getting any of my insurance money or my partner's. Rather then being prepared for an appointment with a new client by pre-screening insurance acceptance and verifying, they chose to wait until the last minute then scrutinize. M partner's appt was at 830am. He was there promptly at 8:25 and reported to the client desk. Upon giving the woman is card she immediately began asking questions like who is so-and-so which was me and her tone and demeanor was as if he was as if he was doing something wrong. I am the insured and he is listed as my partner and covered under my insurance. It does not take longer than 5 minutes to check the legitimacy of an insurance card so while she was doing this she allowed another person you came in after my partner to be treated before him which was completely unjustified and unfair. I don't like to play the race card and I never have but he was the only black person there and her demeanor and tone was as if he were a criminal so needless to say you will not be getting any of our money and I hope that you learn your lesson because you cannot have that type of attitude with your customers pretty soon you'll have no one and only yourselves to blame. Please learn some professionalism and how to be more organized for new clients you should always pre-screen and have their paperwork ready. Any questions or calls to the insurance carrier should have been made prior to the client arriving. Everyone needs to wait their turn no exceptions, especially to race. My family and I have been going here for about 30 yrs. Very nice people and great work. I think they are exceptionally good with little kids. When my kids were young they were great with making them comfortable and not scared. They also make getting the shots not painful. I hate going to the dentist but trust going to this office.

Traumatizing. He was my childhood dentist for 10 years I’m now 22 and still have a phobia of dentists because of him. Same goes for my two siblings. We had to get a prescription for Vicodin specifically for when we go to the dentist now.

I am extremely scared of the dentist and have been to many dentist throughout my life. Dr Putrus is the best out of all of them. He is so gentle with shots and is well aware of pain and making sure his patients are comfortable. Absolutely the best. Thank you Dr for fixing me up. ???????? Love dr.putrus and his staff.my kids felt really comfortable and they dont have you waiting for ever and they give you appointments right away ..

Dr. Putrus is very conscientious and skilled. I hate the location but love the service. I have been seeing Dr. P since he took over the practice from Dr. Weinberger and now take my kids to see him..
