I have always enjoyed visiting Dr. Karhans' office because the staff is very friendly & they do good work.

Another tremendous experience with the entire staff. COVID-19 protocols are in force. Everyone is kind and attentive to each patient.

Everyone in the office is sweet and kind with my daughter! She felt so comfortable and just chats it up with Dr. Karhan and the dental hygienist. This office makes dental visits a breeze!

I thought Dr. Karhan and staff did a wonderful job of welcoming me and giving me first rate service. From Almeda to Heidi and Karen all had smiles on their faces and truly were enjoying their work. With Christian music in the background it was easy to relax and stay calm. This was my first time visit.

I've gone twice so far and both times I had great experiences. The dentist is very calm and explains everything he is doing. The other staff are all very kind. I especially appreciate that they had work on my treatment plan that they realized didn't need done when I was there and were honest about it. It ended up saving me a couple hundred dollars. Now this is what all dentist office's should be. Dr Karhan is polite and professional and very skilled. I had some work done recently and didn't feel a thing, he explained what he was doing through the whole process and was courteous and kind, there are so many dentists out there who are not like this, but should be. He makes treatment plans and discusses them with patients so you know exactly what is going on with your oral health. My previous dentists did not do this. This was my first time there, everyone greeted me like I was family. Very clean and neat waiting room and dental rooms, I would highly recommend going to Dr. Karhan and his staff.

I have had 2 visits so far and will continue coming back. I've had lots of experiences with other places that I refused to return to. Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The staff do care about every patient that walks through their doors!

My first visit left me amazed with the thoroughness of the examination which included interview questions, details typed by an assistant on the state of each numbered tooth and gum, as well as a 360-degree state-of-the-art x-ray with multiple pictures. The dental hygienists and all the personnel were warm and engaging, and Kristen's cleaning was superb. Dr. Karhan and Karen met with me personally to go over results and next steps. The next day Dr. Karhan removed a cracked silver filling and replaced it with a white one. He explained each step of what he was doing, from applying a topical analgesic, to inserting a wedge, to putting a ring around the tooth, to the warning that the slower drill would be louder. The play-by-play descriptions put me at ease, and the whole procedure took less than half an hour. Afterwards, Heidi showed me pictures: The first was taken of the cracked filling before the procedure, the second showed the old filling cleaned out, and the third showed my new filling. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Karhan or his staff. They squeezed me in last minute, which was extremely convenient for me. The staff was excellent and took their time making me feel like I was their only patient. Their technology isn't just up to date, it's very advanced. I experienced no pain, and was impressed with how Dr. Karhan had explained each step as he was doing it, which put me at ease. I also visited the hygienist Becky, and she was very gentle and through. By far the best dentist I have ever been to they make you feel right at home and take such great care of you, the office is beautiful and state of the art and Dr Wade Karhan and his staff are great at explaining what is going on and what we can do to fix it, I highly recommend them to everyone.

The care the staff gives is AMAZING! They are super good at helping calm nerves, making sure you know what’s happening with your care plan, and what your responsibilities are as a patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karhan for years but typically just need regular cleanings. Yesterday I had to go in for a tooth restoration because I had a front lower tooth that chipped. Dr. Karhan and his assistant took pictures, completed the restoration quickly and without the need for numbing medication. Dr. Karhan explained what he was doing as he was doing it. They took pictures afterward and showed me the comparison. My tooth looks perfect, just as it did before the chip. The whole process only took about 30 minutes! The entire staff is always friendly and professional. Service is high quality and equipment is up to date. They want to make sure that your needs are always taken care of. I drive from Orrville to see Dr. Karhan because I wouldn't go to another dentist. I would highly recommend their service!

I have been spitting bullets ever since my wife spoke to this office. I don't know who these woman think they are speaking to my wife the way they did, however they are a reflection of who they work for.

Dr. Karhan is not to be trusted.I had just completed nearly $30,000.of cosmetic dental work in another state, which included implants the year prior. He told me I needed another $7,000. worth of dental treatment. I never had the work done. I came back in for a cleaning, & they insist that I can not have a cleaning without another exam & X-rays. I comply & this time I only needed &1,600. worth of work. Interesting. I then had a second opinion. He lied to me. The office is very pushy as salesman.

Friendly staff, professional, doctor is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience highly recommend

I listened to a conversation between one of Dr. Karhan's staff and my mother discussing her options. This staff member rudely spoke, lied about information, talked over my mother, and then proceeded to hang up on her. She is now denied service, because of the lack of patience his staff has dealing with her schedule, and decided that because she couldn't do it now, she could no longer acquire their services. Don't expect friendly, welcoming, or any other sort of customer service if you go here.
