Dr. Vu T. Nguyen

Dr Vu treats me and my family and newborn daughter. He also provides the best care and information. When the emergency room failed my daughter when she had RSV at just 8 weeks and only gave us Tylenol, Dr Vu was able to help us get her breathing treatments and prescriptions to get her all better!

I had my first visit with him couple months ago n only wanted a wellness checkup but with all my health issues I was having he explained to me why he could not make this visit a wellness (with 3-4 prescriptions he has prescribed.) But anyways, I always thought first visit at a new office would be free lol. After a month getting my labs done I went for my free checkup. Got a bill over $120 because of my deductible but he was willing to let me pay little by little. Thinking about it, it didn’t really matter if my first visit was free or not, since I was always going to see him for a lab follow up. I’d still had to pay for one visit. Overall, he’s great and very friendly. Will be going back to see him next year!!!!

Dr.Vu is very helpful and everyone is very friendly!

Dr Vu and staff are amazing! We've been coming to him for over 10 years and will be continue to choose dr Vu as our family doctor. He is such a gifted hand, talented doctor, and care for all his patients. I would highly recommend him to anybody! my friends now also come to him. :))

Dr. Vu is a great and patient doctor, his staff are also very comforting and helpful. Dr. Vu always does his best to work with us and find what will best help my wife and I when we need anything he also helps by printing out some directions for things like exercises that would also help. He’s a pretty cool doctor!

Dr Nguyen is my primary physician, I switched two years ago after my life long family practice decided they would send a very rude letter indicating they could “dismiss” me from their practice if I did not “follow” my Dr’s prescribed health plan, read as, if I did not do all the things the corporatized machine know as the “Healthcare Industry” dictates. Last I checked, I’m the paying patience, even if my bills are paid through insurance... insurance I pay for. The only plan item I did not follow was agreeing to go on cholesterol meds, which was only marginally high/low. For the past 2 years Dr.Nguyen has monitored my cholesterol through routine blood work and it has been good. No meds needed. Additionally Dr Nguyen listens to my concerns and explains medications and contributors to my conditions. I rarely have issues scheduling an appointment within a day or two.

He's willing to listen to all your complains. Between manage his office by himself and treating his patients, there may be some minor mistakes here and there. I never plan to switch doctor over those minor mistakes. Overall, he is really caring doctor.

I live in GA and went up to visit my folks in Pa for 2 weeks about 3 months ago. One morning I woke up with a runny nose, sore throat, and fever. I thought about going to the ER or urgent care near their house but my dad advised me to go to his own doctor. I called the office and got in less than 2 hrs. They did not take my insurance so I paid a small fee. Dr Nguyen was very professional and easygoing. I went to pick up my meds and felt better the next day!!! I recommend dr Nguyen 100%

I've only been here once and it's really not a friendly place. The person behind the desk is really unfriendly, never smiles, doesn't talk to you and doesn't really care much to ask how you are or anything. I only came because they saw me the same day, but when I got there I figured out why. There's barely any foot traffic here and the place is a dead zone plus the doctor barely listened to my concerns. I felt like he was undermining me a lot.

I'm not sure where his office is now, but when he was in Leola, he didn't pay much attention to us. My husband felt the same, we wish him well, but I don't think we'd go out of our way to find him just to get our charts.

My husband is a long time patient of dr Nguyen so is his whole family. He called the office to get me an appointment. I don’t get off work til 6pm and I was able to be seen around 6:30pm. I was surprised they were still opened and asked what time they were closing and the receptionist said I was the last patient. They’ll closed once I was out the door. My husband thanked them for waiting on me and apologized for the late appointment. The doctor was very nice and the staffs were great. I really recommend this doctor! They had a sign in the office about $70 a visit if you don’t have insurance. That’s a great deal since my folks are self employed and don’t have insurance. Overall, my experience with this doctor was a good one. 2 big Thumbs up!

I had my first visit with dr Nguyen couple weeks ago. I work in a nail salon and don’t have insurance. I went there for gerd and stomach pain. My mom referred me to him since she was already a patient. Her English is very limited and it’s good to have a viet doctor in town. I paid $70 for the visit instead of $150 at the urgent care I used to go to. The time he spent with me was 30 mins and it went well. He’s a good listener, gave me good advices on what to eat and not to, and made sure I understood everything he said before leaving the office! Staffs are polite and very nice.

Horrible customer service! I felt very uncomfortable dealing with this clinic and there is no reason for them to be so rude!

We did not enjoy our experience and we were taken back on several recommendations by Dr. Ngeyun. I stopped being a patient after a second opinion from another doctor. I honestly feel this place lacks experience and professionalism.

Omg! He literally got upset with me because I changed insurance! Um yeah, like that happens when you start a new job mister! Take a chill pill! And FYI, I won’t be coming back!

Impossible to reach and not very caring or friendly. You can sense it as you walk in and greeted with the receptionist who appears to be constantly annoyed and to the doctor himself who rushes the appointment so he can go back to whatever he was doing on his computer before you showed up. Bottom line go to a real doctor, there is a reason why it's still a two man operation and why most the clients I see are Asians... maybe it's a front for another kind of operation.

He has been my doctor for many yrs now. He is great and the only doctor that would ever in a lifetime come to the phone and talk to you directly when he's not actually busy with a patient. I tried calling my other doctors and guess what? I was never ABLE to speak to any one of them. To be able to talk to him on the phone is really great. I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen everyday. Always have a good experience when going to the office. He takes his time answering all my questions and always gives me the right meds.

They could be more organized and professional.

Can't ever be reached, it's nearly impossible with this guy, I've tried two weeks straight. 1. He doesn't seem to have a capable staff to answer or return calls. 2. He must have caller ID because he's avoiding all my attempts when I call in. 3. He has no sense of urgency. 4. He doesn't seem to understand or listen to your concerns, he makes assumptions and doesn't address any resolution but prescribes medicine to attack the symptoms and doesn't address any of the causes.

Not great.

I live close by. Got a cold and was happy to find I could get an appointment within a day or same day. Quiet office setting, and good location. He is very informative with information and always asks questions or if you have any questions. I am a new patient and I will be returning to Dr. Nguyen in the future as he was very thorough and showed a lot of care. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr Vu Nguyen. he is my family DR. I have been here couple year already. He is very good DR, friendly, care for you. Easy schedule appointment, office is clean. but staff not friendly, no smiling once. and also they need to modify the document in network, not look professional at all.

This is the best doctor I've ever been to. He listens, he's happy to answer questions and engage in discussion, he's very informative, he admits when he doesn't know something or when things maybe can't really be known because of lack of data/studies, and he's not so quick to try to get you on antidepressants, narcotics, etc.
