My sister and I are on vacation headed west. We stopped at a hotel last night and she showed me where she had fallen the week before. I said that is cellulitis. You need to call in the morning and get a script. OH NO, you have to be seen. She said we are out of state on vacation. SORRY!! 4 hours later and I AM RIGHT! The prompt care Dr. sent a script of Keflex to Walgreens to be filled. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!! My sister and I are on vacation headed west. after 3 visits to ER, 3 visits to GP, calls to 3 pain clinics.. Called ICPR. Dr Sumer say 93 yr old Dad same day. Treated him immediately and for first time in 3 weeks, Dad was able to move comfortably and sleep. Can't thank this office enough for how we were treated. Thanks Dr and staff. God bless you.

Been a patient since the practice was opened. In the last 6 months can't get an appointment for at least a week or more. Not happy.
