Vladimir Troche

I am so grateful for Dr. Troche and his team. I am so blessed have my baby boy today, well he is a toddler now. I was very pleased with the care & compassion that I received from them. Not only were they making every effort medically to help us have a healthy baby, they also went the extra mile when it comes to easing our concerns and giving us information that was so helpful and reassuring. I remember this specific moment that I was to the point of giving up and I was crying in the patient room to the Nurse. The nurse left the room and a moment later, Dr. Troche walked in to see how I was doing, mind you, that day was procedure day for him. He took a moment out of his busy procedure day to come see me and provide comfort. To me, that was very special and it truly shows how much he cares. Going through fertility treatments is very taxing both physically and mentally and im glad Dr. Troche and his team were there for me. So I only had a consultation with this clinic so I can’t give a full review however after the interaction I have had I chose to go else where. The doctor was very nice and upfront but his office seems disorganized and I kinda feel like they tricked me. I have insurance so I gave all the info and asked for a general idea of price as I have done ivf before at a different clinic years ago they said they could not do much till we had the consultation with the doctor. So I waited and paid the almost $200 for that appt it went fine I then got an email from the clinic with the price which was super high considering I had insurance coverage called and they explained that the doctor was in network but not thier lab had this been told to me before my appointment I would have looked for another clinic that was in my network for the doctor and the lab because you can not do ivf with out a lab. So I wasted my time and $200 and then they have the nerve to call me and tell me they actually quoted me wrong on the consultation price and I owe them $11 more. I just feel like I was duped because of you knew the lab was not contracted with my insurance you should have told me that before I met with the doctor since I had already called to make sure they took my insurance. No I wasted my time and money which are very valuable when trying to conceive a baby they also refused to give me my $200 back even though I am unable to use the clinic and I explained how I talked to someone before my appointment to avoid something like this so just be aware of the type of things that could happen if you chose to use this clinic So I only had a consultation with this clinic so I can’t give a full review however after the interaction I have had I chose to go else where. Even though we decided to stop treatments I would recommend Dr. Trouche to anyone! They took the time to explain things I didn't fully understand and always answered my questions. If they didn't know something they were honest with me or they said let me do a but more research and I'll get back to you. I really appreciated this. My daughter who has been battling health issues with fertility due to a tumor in her pituitary reached out to Dr. Troché. Her first impression was he was quite cold and apathetic. Second time she explained she had to stop treatment due to a lapse in insurance due to loss of employment. Dr. Troché completely went on his high horse to judge her, making feel inadequate because she couldn't afford the treatment during her insurance lapse and refused to prescribe her with the treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Troche and his team. They were very informative and caring throughout our time in their office. I would not have my twin babies if it weren't for them. My dream of becoming a mom came true because of their expertise. I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Troche is great! My husband and I have been there many times while trying to conceive and always had a good experience. He takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you have every time you're there. The rest of the staff is great as well! I'm happy to say that I'm currently expecting and am very grateful to Dr. Troche and all the nurses that were a part of our experience.

Very gentle, mature and cool doctor. We are extremely happy to get him as our fertility specialist and would recommend him to anyone having fertility issues or generally trying to get pregnant. He dealt with our problems in a very professional manner. He did not make me or my wife do any unnecessary tests. We absolutely love Dr. TROCHE and all his staff. Our appointment was with Ann Collins, nurse practitioner. After a 2 hour drive, We arrived and had to wait 1 hour before being called. That was the only bad thing about the entire experience. Once we were called back, Ann Collins seemed very personable and knowledgeable. We appreciated her patients and with us having dealt with 3 miscarriages. She explained her desire to do as much as possible each visit due to our 2 hour drive. Ann throughly explained everything that she recommended.

I had a great experience with Dr. troche and his staff. I felt very confident in his decisions and had great outcome. Ann is amazing! She spends a lot of time with you and makes you feel at ease. I could not wish for a better clinic.

Nurses not very helpful. Chuckled a few times; inappropriate. Dr. was a bit rude and entitled. Office was chilly. Odd for a place you have to take off half your clothes. Cold environment all the way around.
