Dr. Vivian Hsun-Chien Chou

I heard great things about her as an MCAS doctor and I had a consultation with her virtually in 2020. The doctor was going to send me a summary of what treatment she was going to explore with me as I was a unique case. I waited to receive any follow-up from our consultation and no attempt was made by the doctor nor anyone on her behalf so it was like my case was completely closed after the consult. I went elsewhere for my treatment and have found great progress. Currently, I have a friend who is in a similar medical scenario as I was and Dr. Chou has turned out to not be supportive of her needing TPN to sustain nutrition to avoid severe allergic reactions from eating orally.

Highly recommend. Dr Chou is excellent- smart, able to problem solve, has common sense. And is never condescending. I refer patients to her a lot.

Dr. Chou is awesome! Incredible bedside manner and very helpful. My issue may not have ended up being exactly allergy related, but she worked to give me good advice on solving the problem including cost saving measures and appropriate referrals if necessary. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chou knows what she's doing when it comes to MCAS. She also knows about my other ailments and is always willing to discuss any concerns I have. She is patient and gives me as much time as I need. When my last dr was dismissive, she stepped right up to my case and took over with ease. Dr. Chou was great.

Dr. Chou is well-vrrsed in MCAS. She's very polite and professional. Her office is always prompt and easy to work with. They are quick to get auths filled out. She's great.

Dr Chou is EXCEPTIONAL! I refer patients to her all the time. Smart, competent, caring.

Completely ceasing all medication/treatment recommended by Dr Chou alleviated my allergy symptoms significantly--would not recommend her as an allergist.

Dr. Chou is an exceptional Allergist. She provides high quality care for my kids and I trust her. We drive about an hour to see her, but it is worth it!

Dr. Vivian is amazing. Always on top of things and really cares and has concern for her patients. I received calls on updates in medicines, as will as she will alert me if the pollen count is extremely high. Best I've worked.

I saw Dr. Chou because my nose was so stuffy I couldn't stand it. She was great. I didn't have to wait long, and she took her time with me to explain my options and didn't push lots of unnecessary tests. It was a great experience and I'm now breathing easy!
