Can't get a response from the doctor on the portal, so don't bother. The doctor is nice but is prone to talk politics and is impossible to reach and the nurse is dismissive with zero attention to detail. They have confused patient charts and can't provide necessary referrals for their own recommendations. To make matters worse, the medical team claims to not understand their computer system. Awesome dr

My family has seen Kaistha for 30 yrs. His ethics have changed dramatically! He is a man who will talk over you and not let you get a word in. If by chance you do, he completely ignores it. He tends to be very forgetful also. Not to mention what he’s charging these poor people! Just to have them make an appt. to come in to get lab results that are normal. They can’t call you on the phone to tell you that?? I suppose with the kids in college and the fancy vacations and car payments you’ve got to get the money somewhere.. seniors? Done. After 30 yrs. it’s time to say Adios! We’ll be looking for a Dr. who wants to listen to his patients needs and concerns are. Not what he ‘thinks’ he they are. Shut up and start listening!

Dr. Kaistha is a very good doctor if you can get pass the rude nurses. I needed to have an appointment to see Dr. Kaistha for my annual physical. I called and scheduled and appointment for a Friday at 11:45am. I called on Wednesday at 10am to reschedule a new appointment due to work need. The nurse who pick up the phone was very upset that I wanted to change my appointment which is still 3 days early. I asked her if I could get another appointment for the following Friday at noon as well. She answered angrily by saying I can only get the last appoint at 12:40pm. I took the appointment and got there on time. I sat down and waited and waited and waited. I was not called until I decided to get up and leave and go see a different doctor and maybe I will get a better lock this time. I am done with Dr. Kaistha's office. I cannot deal with rude nurses even though the doctor is nice. So beware, be prepare to wait hours to see the doctor with the rude nurses. He is very caring and overall persistence with his patients and cares, his nurse needs to smile and be kind

Dr. Kaistha is one of the best doctors in the area. Very good personality, bedside manner is great, talks to you about you condition, and medications very thoroughly. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new Dr! Disregard the people talking about the nurses being rude. They are wrong, I have had ZERO issues getting in to see him any time. Also the nurses are very kind and will answer any questions you have. They are there to do their job, and keep the patients flowing through the office efficiently! Thank you Dr. Kaistha and staff!!

Dr is good. Sincerely cares. Good listener....his nurse has no bedside manor..is cold and borderline @#$$%#* not helpful at all..needs to fire her!

Very long wait times every time - up to 2 hours; communication and discussion not good

Dr. Kaistha is a nice man who has no sense of time. If you go there prepare to wait in waiting room a min. of 90 minutes. I just left after waiting 2 and a half hours. When I finally got through the door the nurse treated me like I was wasting her time! I left, when you feel like crap you don't deserve to be treated like crap.
