Dr Quatela took the time to discuss with me what he proposed to do and answer my questions. He checked to make sure I was okay during the injections. The resullts are just what I hoped. Front office was friendly and helpful. I had practically no wait time.

I love the services I receive I get Botox and I just started laser hair but I feel every time I have to schedule an appointment I dread it because the front desk support are kind of well… snotty. For example I was not aware there are multiple offices for the front services at the Lindsay House on East Ave I go to the desk and the girl looked at me like I had two heads and rolled her eyes when I asked where the elevator was and then I had to reschedule an appointment with the spa and they were very short and cold AGAIN. I have not had my surgery yet (October 25). However, I have to write a review on my experience this far with DR.Koenig and his patient consultant, Lauren. When I called to originally look into the surgery, Lauren took the time to explain it to me and answer my “dumb” questions. Fast forward to my consultation, DR. Koenig and his team took their time and helped me get the right “fit” for what I was looking for. They answered all of my questions and concerns. What really sold me on this Doctor was the Patient consultant, Lauren. In my opinion, to have a down to earth, warm and knowledgable person to walk you through the process is so important. June 22, 2021 Early in Dr. Quatela's career (1990), I presented with a broken nose (from childhood) that had grown very crooked to block my breathing. Admittedly, it was also long, thin and had a noticeable bump. Dr. Quatela did rhinoplasty to correct my breathing and make subtle changes to the appearance of my nose. I could not be happier with the result, and I can honestly say it was a painless procedure. Any discomfort was addressed with medication and the recovery period was surprisingly short. Friends who have had the same procedure with others enjoy sharing details of their trials. I’m the smug one who remains silent. Recently I returned to Dr. Quatela’s care. I decided to stop pulling at my face, remove the bags under my eyes and tighten up the wrinkles and sagging skin near my mouth. What a difference! The outcome is even better than I expected. In recovery I made huge strides every day. I am very pleased and most grateful for the doctor's amazing skill.

My upper lids surgery was a disaster. There are folds at the corner ( nasal side) on both of my upper lids as a result of that surgery. The results are so disappointing and disheartening. Everyone was so nice & accommodating from the wonderful lady taking temp at front door to the receptionists in the front as well as surgery center. Easy to work with. Not pushy at all. I was fortunate in choosing an excellent Plastic Surgeon who not only did an amazing job but his whole staff was friendly and professional. I had a lower eye surgery (Bleph)where they normally remove the fat under your eyes where you have the “puffy” eyes or bags. I chose Dr. Quatela because he did a much improved version where instead of removing it he moved the fat where it would keep me from having a hollowed appearance and improved my eyes that now look ten years younger. I had a very interesting experience with the Quatela center as my surgery was scheduled just about the time Covid 19 shut everything down. About a week before Dr Quatela, himself and Brooke, his assistant called me and informed me they would not put their patients at any risk and canceled my surgery and 90% of my fee was refunded. Dr. Quatela's Brooke can make magic happen. With that being said, in July I was rescheduled. I have waited a couple months to write my review so I could give an accurate account of my experience and out come. I had a temporal and neck lift done and I am more than happy with the outcome. No more jowls, crepe neck or hooded eyes. Dr.Quatela is a skilled artist . My Interaction with his nurse practitioner Lauren was wonderful. She was so very patient with my pre and post surgery nerves. My best advice would be, take advantage of the aftercare provided at the center and definitely wear loose fitting clothes on surgery day. I am from Rochester, NY. I had a facelift done by Dr. Quatela back in July, 2020. I happened to talk to many ladies that told me that Dr. Quatela was the person to see for a facelift. He came very highly recommended. Everyone from the very start were very kind. The place is beautiful and clean. I was having a hard time in my life at that time and Dr. Quatela was so supportive every time i saw him. He did a fantastic job!! I wish i had it done years ago. If you did not know me there is no way you can tell that i had it done. I absolutely love it! It made a huge difference! Great place!

Dr. Quatela and his staff are amazing! I had the best experience. I am 53 years old and recently divorced from a 30 year abusive marriage. My face showed all the worry and pain over the years. I felt like I had lost 30 years of my life. It took some time for me to get enough nerve to get the facelift. Dr. Quatela was so kind and assured me which gave me confidence. After the surgery I could not believe the difference. It took 15 years off my face. I feel it gave me 15 years back to my life to start a new beginning and a beautiful life. I would recommend Dr. Quatela to anyone and everyone I know. He is a magnificent surgeon and an artist all in one. He has a great manner and listened to all of my concerns before and after surgery. His staff is lovely, professional and extremely friendly. If I had known the results were going to be so wonderful, I would have done this sooner. At 63, I look and feel my most beautiful, and that is a wonderful thing to be able to say. If you are looking to have any work done (necklift, facelift, under eyes, brow lift, etc.) he is the surgeon to entrust. I am so happy I did.

I had a rhinoplasty done to lower dorsal. Nose is still very large. Now I have to wait another year for another surgery. I specifically said to lower it more. I don’t know if this surgeon has something against me. It doesn’t look like he lowered it at all.

While hospitalized for a medical problem one of the doctors medically released me, at the time I believe he was an EAR NOSE & THROAT specialist. I was told prior to returning to work to go see him. Telling this doctor I was to weak to return to work he said he only saw me as a favor to the hospital so I needed to find another doctor and that he could only give me a note for the weeks I was hospitalized. On June 7th 2018 I had a belt lift done by dr Kalnoki and I couldn't be more happy about the experience and results. I'd like to start by saying everyone was wonderful from the nurses to Dr Kalnoki to the receptionist. Dr Kalnoki has a artist's eye and her attention to detail was very impressive and showed by the final results. It's been a little over a year since having some upper/lower eyelid work done by Dr. Quatela and I'm here to say, I couldn't be more pleased! As a local aesthetician, I wanted the 'best person for the job' and I knew (from years of very positive feedback his clients) he was the one. He provided EXACTLY what I was looking for. Dr. Quatela is a brilliant, caring surgeon, who listens to his patients. I have had several procedures performed by him-no pain, no scarring, remarkable results. There is no one else I would trust to touch my face. He is simply the best. I am only sorry I cannot give him more stars.

My son unfortunately inherited my father's large crooked nose (both Rhino and Septo) and we waited until he was 16 to have the procedure done to correct it. Of course, I spent a lot of time researching to find the best doctor to perform this very difficult operation. I've been devistated and terrified with my Basal Cell Carcinoma and Mohs Surgery on my upper Lip in 2016 until I met Dr. Vito Quatela and his Nurse Practicioner - Julie Chatt; They treat me with the best attention and comfort my emotions all the time I came to see them. The right side of my nose needed to be reconstructed in 2016 following Mohs surgery (skin cancer) which meant the loss of most of the nostril and the area above it. Dr Quatela and his staff were informative and informed. The reconstruction of the left side in 1997 meant that the 2016 surgery was somewhat more complicated. Dr Quatela had to compensate on where to harvest the skin and inner workings of the new nostril. His confidence and explanation were reassuring, with good support staff.

Dr. Quatela performed a facelift, temporal lift, liposuction and skin resurfacing treatments on 2/28. The results are astounding. I look 20 years younger. Dr. Quatela is a kind and caring individual and a meticulous surgeon. This is not my first surgery with him. He reconstructed my nose more than 20 years when it was damaged by another doctor in a failed septoplasty. Dr. Quatela leads by example and his staff are courteous and professional. Dr. Quatela performed two hair transplants (FUE and FUT), an upper blepharoplasty and a mid face lift on me. I am very particular and do not give credit where it is not deserved. Dr. Quatela did an absolutely amazing job on each of these procedures. I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated and my results. I have recommended Dr. Quatela to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. If you want the Best go to Dr. Quatela.

I would not recommend doctor quatela . He preformed rhinoplasty surgery on my nose. My nose looks awful. My nose looked pinched and turned up way too high. After two years of torture he agreed it wasn't right and preformed a tip revision. I'm still very unhappy with the results. It doesn't fit my face at all. Every appointment was at least a 30 to 60 minute wait. The office is run down and the furniture is dirty and old. Waste of money....

Excellent....from the moment you schedule your initial consultation with Dr.Quatela through the process of booking and coordinating your surgery with his experienced staff. Hair transplant surgery went smoothly with little discomfort, and level of skill was evident throughout entire procedure. I'm glad I found Dr.Quatela center for hair restoration and wish I would of seen him sooner. I wouldn't go elsewhere, and am looking forward to winning this battle with my hair loss! Best decision! 11 hours surgery over 2 days. Full face lift with Rhinoplasty. Dr. Q answers all my questions without looking at his watch! Entire staff was very supportive and patient! Spent 2 nights at the Carriage House. Best choice. Private nurse was stellar! Dr. Q so thoughtful; scheduled the same medical personnel for both days. I felt safe and had a higher level of trust. Afterwards, extra visits were added to help one area heal better. It did. If I had to, I would definitely do it again!
