Dr. Vito Jimmy Carabetta

DR. Carabetta performed a nerve conduction test on me and found out that I had moderate to severe neuropathy in my feet. During the test he not only explained each step that he perfrormed, but he greatly increased my knowlege about peripheral neuropathy in general. He was extremely concerned about my condition and very personable. After the test, he took the time to answer all of my questions, including just how HE would treat my neuropathy, and how my family practicioner should with me to get me the relief that I needed. He told me that if my doctor did not proceed in the manner that he had informed me about, he should refer me to a neurologist for further treatment. I would have liked for Dr. Carabetta to have begun to treat me right then and there, but I need to work with my doctor in order to be covered by my insurance. If I can't get relief in this manner, I will pay out of my own pocket to be treated by Dr. Carabetta if he will take me on as a patient. He is excellent.

As a woman with a genuine phobia of needles, I must say that Dr. Carabetta and his team made my experience today absolutely comfortable. Dr. Carabetta was kind and engaging in his conversation. He was aware of my concerns and really put me at ease. Thank you!

I recently went to Dr. Carabetta to have some nerve tests done in regard to back problems. Dr. Carabetta was welcoming and made my Wife and I immediately comfortable. He took the time to answer all of our silly questions and was very patient and understanding. Throughout the procedure Dr. Carabetta explained thoroughly what he was doing and what to expect. He asked a lot of questions and took notes in an attempt to get a full understanding of what I was experiencing and how to adjust his tests accordingly. Dr. Carabetta explained things with ease and used humor and excellent examples to help us understand everything fully. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was able to find the problems that were happening and even though it was not good news, made us feel better with his kindness and consideration. I highly recommend Dr. Carabetta and am very grateful to him for his professionalism, experience, knowledge and excellent bedside manner. He is very thorough. The appointment lasted 1 hour with all kinds of questions and physical testing. I had a pain in my side for a year and he found the cause in an hour. Wish I would have seen him sooner.

Very friendly which helped calm my nerves. During and after the exam he explained everything to a T. He made it to where I could actually understand what is going on. He genuinely seemed concerned about the issue and helped me with a plan to get better. Highly recommend!

Have been a patient in the past also my wife has.We were very happy with the treatment we received from him.knowledgeble , personable and caring.

questionable ethics and motives - treated me with respect and appeared to listen to my concerns when I presented in professional work attire, but when I presented on a day I was working in my yard and dressed accordingly, he discounted my concerns, displayed child-like behavior, and generally behaved in a way not suitable for taking care of animals, much less people suffering from pain
