I work at an outside medical facility and called regarding a patient, and was meet with a very rude interaction. I understand working at the front desk is busy and sometimes very frustrating, but you still need to slow down and treat another person with care. I am sorry I bothered you and you were forced to go a bit out of your way to help another person. Phone etiquette is VERY important please remember that.

Dr. Wettstein is an amazing oncologist. She is very caring and sensitive to patient needs. Her nurse navigators are also stellar, and very helpful.
