One of the worst physicians I have ever seen. Her bedside manor is non-existent to say the least. I brought my four month old to see her due to trouble breathing, eating, and hysterical crying. She walked in jostled him and shoved tongue depressor down throat without discussing symptoms or giving him a moment to accimate to someone holding him. He was hysterical after. She then had the nerve to say hes upset. She didnt offer any help and told me he would be like this till March if I had him in daycare. She then yelled anything else like I was wasting her time. The entire appointment was maybe five minutes. I brought him in after a week of symptoms getting progressively worst. Biggest waste of money and time. This is the third time my baby has been seen by Dr.McCord and it was just as disappointing as the first two times! Each time I bring my daughter in, she zips through the exam so quickly and brushes off any questions or concerns inhave so quickly. She barely even put the scope in her ears to check her out and didn't even check her chest. I am only giving two stars because the nurses are always so sweet. I have had much better experiences with the other doctors. I paid a $30 copay to barely even get checked out and given no advice on how to treat her. ???? Great experience! We love NWPeds! Only strange thing this time is we had two meds called in to the pharmacy. They came in two different formats so the pharmacy didn't have both of them ready.

Kind, thorough, efficient. She listened to my concerns. We were able to get in and out for an ear infection in about 15 minutes. It was fabulous!

When we have concerns, Dr. McCord always makes us feel reassured. It is important that we have a pediatrician who keeps up on research and evidence-based practice, but also has lots of experience and applies it, considering all factors. I feel like our family is in very good hands with Dr. McCord. We have also had great experiences with other physicians in the practice who we have seen for urgent care. When we have concerns, Dr. McCord always makes us feel reassured. We took our son in for his first ever fever illness. Our regular doctor wasn't available and we saw Dr. McCord. She was wonderful. We noticed how she spoke to our son and explained what she was doing as she checked his ears, nose, and mouth. She responded to him when he spoke to her. She made him very comfortable and it was a quick and easy appointment, which isn't always an easy task with a two year old. She also answered all of our questions professionally. The nurse was great, too! She made the nose swab a lot less scary by saying she was tickling his nose. We would recommend this practice and any of the doctors in it! So, my son was a late pre term baby battling jaundice and had just spent his entire first week of life under the care of the nicu. We were finally released because our wonderful nicu dr believed that at the pediatric appt we had the next day the dr would actually check his bili rather than waltz in glance at him tell us the Latin name for his newborn rash ask if we had any questions and promptly leave. She didnt check his bili or his circumcision to make sure it was healing alright ..we were forced to take our baby back to the hospital to have the test run and it showed his bili WAS climbing again. I dont know if she had other things on her mind or if she just wanted to go back to whatever she had going on in her personal life but I wont return to a clinic that A) switches you from the dr you made the appt with and B) doesnt care to provide actual care to your newborn. We have had to have our sons bili pulled every day because it continued to trend upward to dangerous levels

Everytime is a great visit fast and efficient very pleased
