First I want to say that I like the doctor. I wasn't crazy about not getting the flu shot for my girls. They said their fridge broke last week, but then she talked about them running out or having issues with having flu shots on hand. I was told to call ahead before getting the flu shot for them in case they didn't have it?? I've never had a doctor in a regular hospital have a problem having necessary shots on hand as needed. Then there was the issue of my daughter having an excesses of ear wax in one of her ears. They couldn't flush it as some incident had happened and they were no longer able to do it without a certain person present??? These two issues seem like red flags to me... All five of my kids are seen at this clinic by Dr. Reyta and sometimes the other doctors there. We have never had anything other than a good experience and the help we needed. ????

I have been taking my kids here for many years now and usually have a great experience! Just today I got my kids shots, they’re 14,11, and 8 months, I just was not okay with the fact there was no heads up about how my kids could react to the shots or hey maybe give them some Tylenol or what not, especially with my 8 month old. Everyone was very friendly, caring, and professional. I felt very good about bringing my child here. We’re new in town and a very nice lady recommended Dr. Reyta since her grandchildren see her. I’m so glad I changed over to her.

We met Dr Virginia Reyta today at my daughters well child visit. The Dr was very engaged, kind and informative and left us feeling like she really likes and cares for her patients. The clinic is clean and easy to park at and the nurses and office staff were kind. It’s definitely the right match for our family and we’re excited to continue our care with Dr Reyta and the Rockwood Muiticare Pediatric Clinic. Dr. Virginia Reyta is absolutely amazing!!! I would recommend her 100% any of my family and friends who have children. She is so knowledge and thorough. So likeable, relatable and respectful! Dr Reyta is welcoming and I am put to ease with answers to questions or concerns regarding my daughter. First time mommy so there are a lot of questions! My daughter really brightens up when she sees her friend Dr Reyta, even during this time of wearing masks on faces. We have had care in different ways using the phone, video visits, in person and mychart electronic messaging. It has all been so convenient. Location iof her office is great as it is less than 10 mins from the house (North Spokane). I have already recommended her to other mommy friends. Dr. Reyta is a wonderful physician. She has great bedside manner and is so good with my baby. She is very thorough and a great listener. She takes any question or concern very seriously. The nurses and receptionists are very kind and inviting. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experiences at this office!

Dr Reyta was lovely but our actual apt was on wed. When we arrived we were informed that they were running an hour and a half behind in addition to the 15 minutes early that we showed up. I was furious no one called to let us know in advance as I wouldn’t waste your time so don’t waste mine. I am only still with Rockwood because it seems like a lot of effort but in a few years when the kids turn 18 we are leaving this aweful clinic I am sick of the lack of respect and compassion that we get here... Dr Reyta is informative, kind, and personable.

Thoughtful, caring interaction. Good memory of patient's history. Speaks directly to child in a kind and respectful way. My son has seen Dr. Reyta all 7 years of his life and will continue to for as long as possible!

We love Dr. Reyta! She has been our son's doctor since birth, and we are blessed. I never feel rushed, and she truly listens.

Dr. Reyta is a wonderful doctor. We're so glad we have her as both our daughters pediatrician. She's a good listener, and really cares about her patients.

Dr. Reyta is amazing!! She really took her time to talk with my daughter and explained things in a way that my daughter felt confident and comfortable opening up to her. That is something that rarely happens with doctors anymore because they are often over scheduled and in a hurry to get in and out of the room. This was our daughter's first visit with Dr Reyta. We were very impressed with her. She was very professional, friendly and thorough during the well child checkup and her communication with us was excellent.

Our daughter is only a few months old, but Dr Reyta was there the day after she was born for her check up, and we’ve only wanted to see her since. She is kind and caring and calm and you can tell she loves working with children. She makes us as new parents feel good and like we do know what we’re doing. She is a wonderful doctor!
