I have been seeing Dr. Hackenberg for many, many years. She is a wonderful doctor and person. she and her staff go above and beyond to help me. Because she has so many patients sometimes its hard to get in to see her, but she always does right by me. I don't always keep up to date with my yearly exams but she sees me anyway. I'm very lucky I found her.

Dr Hackenberg and her staff are the best there is. Dr H is very thorough and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to talk with you about any concerns or issues you have. She is very knowledgeable about women's health and stays on top of the latest research. She has a wonderful, caring bedside manner. She is the best there is and I would recommend her to anyone. I have the utmost respect and trust for her as a Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. H for years. Last year, there was a change in the way Well Woman exams are billed and patients were not informed. I complained and was given no resolution - just attitude. I will never step foot in this office again!

I have been with Dr. Hackenberg for several years. She is very knowledgeable and stays on top of the latest research. She is very thorough and takes the time to talk with you and really listen to. She performed my hysterectomy flawlessly. I recommend her to family, friends and colleagues all the time.

I wanted to get a lump in my breast checked out. I didn't want to have an hour long in depth discussion about my entire life, 95% of which had absolutely nothing to do with my lump. I brought a friend with me for moral support and we were both appalled at her disrespect for my time and for bringing up unnecessary topics, such as my feelings about being adopted. I wrote to the office expressing my complaints, and they ignored me. Take your business and precious time elsewhere!!!

After an incredibly long wait in the waiting room, I went on to answer a ton of unrelated questions. Once she finally addressed what I came in for, it took less than one minute. The time from entering their front door to leaving was 2 1/2 hours. Don't waste your time here.
