Amazing woman...gifted dentist!! Her skills and great knowledge far surpass any other dentist I have been too. Have had the kids come here since toddler age and now they are off to college!
I made the mistake of pre-paying for services. After several attempts to have Dr. Freckelton's billing service provide Delta Dental with information necessary to process my claim, nothing has occured and it's now been seven months. I will not relent due to principle. Be forewarned; never pay, let them submit for reimbursement.
