Dr. Violeta F Bello

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Bello since she’s been born now 16. My daughter seeing Dr. Bello has made my daughter want to be a pediatrician. Great roll model for kids. My daughter is already in medical classes and will be a pediatrician in the future. My daughter trusts Dr. Bellows as do I.

Today I am here at the office for my boys physical yearly exam. One of the nurse assistant she was very rude to me. There was a newborn coming to get weighed in and she said you need to move back. She never once said please move back. Her name is Hope she is very rude and doesn’t know how to smile and be nice to the parents. The other staff and nurses, Dr. Castillo, Génesis, are very nice and respectful. Hope has always been rude since she was with Dr. Bello. Her attitude needs to change for the better. She always looks mad and she needs to smile more. I don’t know how she has kept her job. But I hope Dr. Castillo or the office manager speaks to her about her attitude. Dr. BELLO IS NO LONGER HERE THIS PLACE HAS WENT TO TRASH DONT GO HERE YOU WONT BE ACCEPTED.

I see Dr. Castillo with both my boys age 2 and 2months and have nuthing but good things to say! They always get me in same day with in a couple hours and I never have to wait long! Love love love this place. Always answer all my questions to where I can understand.

We have a son who has dr. Bello patient since he was born this new doctor comes in and ain't expecting to see any of her old clients My son has a heart issue and needed to be asent to a specialist but they aren't willing to see him what a horrible service

Rude receptionist, they dont get new patients

Great staff! From check in to the Therapist. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained. Some places will make you feel like they are stretching things out beyond necessary just to have a reason to bill you. This place has integrity. Kudos to Gracie's Therapist Ms. Sarah and the rest of the Team!

Our family Pediatrician for 16 years. Separate waiting rooms for sick and well children. Friendly staff. Dr. Bello, Dr. Castillo and the nurses are great with the kids.

The wait to see the dr is extremely long 2 hours. Nurses just shrug their shoulders at it and say well you can reschedule but it will be like this next time. Completely unprofessional and can get away with it because the lack of decent care around here

I see good reviews for Dr. Bello, but we'll never know if they're accurate because they aren't taking new patients, and according to the incredibly rude person who finally answered the phone after obviously picking up and then hanging up the phone twice before she actually said anything on my third try, they won't be accepting new patients apparently ever again. No wait list, no call back and ask again at a later date. No apology. Just rudeness. If you're looking for a new pediatrician don't waste your time here. I'd hate to have to deal with that individual on a regular basis. Dr.bello is great with my two kids of one year old & one month baby I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician, you could even reach out to her after hours & she will answer right away by phone or text!! I just love her & how she worries about every little detail. She is amazing!!!

Dr. Bello and Her staff are amazing! Both of my children go to her, with my oldest being 8 years old and my daughter 9 months. She absolutely goes above and beyond for her patients and our little blessings. I cant thank her enough for taking amazing care of my children when they are sick or in pain.

Dr. Bello's office requires you to call in your prescription refill request at least 1 week before you are out of medication. I always call in my daughters prescription at least 1 week before she is out. For the last three times, when I went to pick up the refill request, it was not ready and I've had to wait on Dr. Bello to fill out the request. This last time I waited 45 min. Dr. Bello will no longer be my child's pediatrician.

We absolutely love having Dr. Bello as our pediatrician. She is always accessible and the nurses and staff couldn't be more helpful. So thankful for all of them!

Anytime my son was ill day or night weekends or holidays she always called within mins. She truly cares for her patients. My son is now 18 and he told her he was not comfortable leaving her so she still sees him. Also Dr. Bello literary saved my sons life 3 times when other Doctors could not figure out what was wrong with him. She is loving caring and I trust her with my sons life. She is always willing to answers all questions you have & will spend all the time you need her in exam room with u.
