Yes and I do! She is the best Rheumatolist that I have seen. Their have been 4 prior to Dr. Baddour. I have been her patient for more than 5 years. She is knowledgeable, professional, listens well, explains things where a lay person can understand, ask how things are going, discusses what we can do to make it better for you, gives you options, spends time in room going over things with you , and is very thorough.

No one EVER answers the phone. Left a handful of messages over a 3 week period. ZERO call backs. I simply needed to schedule an appointment, but instead, I am now going to switch doctors. Don't know what else to do...

I have had two referrals sent over and they still say it they don’t have it or needs to be sent by Doctor. It was sent by the doctor twice, 6 months later, still no appointment and I called them again last week and left a message. No call back. It’s hard to be in pain and cannot simply get an appointment or a call back. My husbands sees her. She is a great doctor but that whole process to even get in with her is time consuming and full of headaches. I will either keep trying or just go find another one in a different city. Saddens me. Dr. Baddour is wonderful! She is very thorough and caring. She and her staff work hard every year to get the prior authorization for my medication.

Dr. Baddour is kind, professional and above all, thorough. She spent an hour with me on my initial visit and I left feeling heard for the first time in a five year journey with my illness. She gave me her initial impressions, but ordered a battery of tests to confirm or rule out possibilities. I cannot tell you how nice it is to know that I was taken seriously and treated as a whole person and not just a number. I am so very pleased with Dr. Baddour. She’s very caring and thorough. Listens and explains all options. Would recommend her anytime. Staff is very friendly and accommodating when I request Certain days to schedule for follow up

I feel Dr.Baddour is very good. She listens and puts things together to come to conclusions. She shows a true desire to help. Her staff is friendly and always willing to help. Dr. Baddour really expresses a desire to help you.

After seeing a dozen doctors over the course of five years looking for answers, I finally found my way to Dr. Baddour. She is professional, kind, and above all else, thorough. I just completed my initial visit with her and she spent an hour with me. That is unheard of...an hour with a doctor. She gave me her initial impressions but tempered them with the need for thorough testing. 22 lab tests (17 vials of blood) are being run on my behalf. I feel heard and that I am getting personalized care. I cannot stress how different this is from my experience with other doctors, even other rheumatologists. If there were 100 stars to give, I think it would be too few.

Yes the front desk staff is clueless and unorganized. It’s a shame a good doctor has awful front desk clerk. Don’t come here avoid the run around and headache. Just go to a different doctor all together

My grandmother loves Dr. Baddour and nurse. As for the front desk it was a horrible experience, the lady is rude non courteous and seems to hate her job. If I were Dr. Baddour I would look into new staff. If it had been left up to me I would just choose her a different doc not to have to mess with her office staff. Something needs to be done. Great doctor takes time to listen to you and does all that is required of her for your best interest to help you get better.

Dr. Baddour has very good bed side mannors she is very up front and she really cares about her patients and there health she doesn't keep anything from her patients I would highly recommend Dr.Baddour

Current patient of hers. Her and her staff are always wonderful. The front desk woman is very nice and remembered me after just one visit of seeing her. I think the standout for her staff would be the male nurse she has. I am having trouble recalling his name at this time. He is ALWAYS a joy to see and converse with. You can tell he genuinely cares about the patients. I have been having other issues unrelated to my treatment with her and she has truly tried to go above and beyond to help me. She genuinely seems to care about my health and trying to fix my current obstacles in regards to my other issues. I would highly recommend her to anybody in need of a rheumatologist. Her staff is leaps and bounds nicer, and more helpful than the staff of the other specialist I have been seeing. Kudos to her and her exceptional team! Current patient of hers. I love Dr Violeta Baddour and her nurse he very kind and respectful... I found her when i was in so much pain that i could hardly move. I told her my problems and she took my complaints and went to work on me... She is very kind and always going the extra mile for me and my medical issues with arthritis and fibromyalgia constant pains, and my feet as well. I saw Dr. Baddour when she had a practice in Pleasanton, TX. I thought she was excellent it taking care of me. My arthritis ranged from moderate to severe over the course or 4 or 5 years I was with her and I always felt she was on top of things. She was very caring and we were sick when she moved away because of her husband's job. It was a big loss for our small community and we certainly wish she would return.

Unproffesional. A work up of 8000.00. 2 changes for appointments because of job change and lapse in insurance. Fired as a patient and the Hendrick Provider Network office employee was nice enough (after waiting for one and a half hours of waiting) to tell me if 2 other doctors to go to where I would be happier and they were better.

Dr. Bad four is caring and searches diligently to make a diagnosis. She is faithful to call patients about test results.
