DR.WHITE AND STAFF WAS VERY INFORMATIVE IN MY CONSULTATION. I WAS ABLE TO VIEW OTHER PHOTOS OF CLIENTS BEFORE AND AFTER. I GAVE FEED BACK ON HOW I FELT MY BODY IN REFERENCE OF WHAT I WANTED TO TAKE PLACE. THEY ALSO PROVIDED ME WITH SOME PRE SURGERY INFORMATION SO THAT I CAN HAVE EVERYTHING IN PLACE ONCE I UNDERGO MY PROCEDURE.

I hope other people take the time to read these reviews. I have gone to this place and spoken to two different people already, never received the estimate back in October from the first surgeon about all the procedures I was interested in. After months of attempting to get the estimate, this year I was told I needed to have another consultation with a new surgeon because the other one didn’t work there anymore. As I agreed, I decided to schedule an appointment once again, we discussed the same I had discussed with the previous surgeon and I was told I’d receive the estimate. Until today I haven’t received the estimate again. The only thing that has changed between the first experience and this one is that now I am being called a week later to collect a payment from me for the consultation because more than one procedure was discussed. That I should have been charged $65 for the previous consultation months ago even though I was told it was free and another $65 for this last consultation once again even though I was told there would be no cost but somehow they missed it so now they must collect the payment from me. If I would have been told how they operate, what their charges are and what they are for, what I was allowed to discuss and what was considered additional service at an additional cost I wouldn’t have listened to them and not gone a second time. I’m glad I did not go on with any procedure, I was skeptical towards the recovery time I was told about among other things, now that I read the reviews about them I changed my mind completely. I feel bad for the people that have gotten procedures done wrongly through this clinic and experienced a poor service with unexpected fees and hidden information. Again, I hope people read reviews before considering getting involved with these individuals, I’m not the only one that has had this happen to them, nor the one with the worse experience.

I had an arm lift February 2022 by Dr. Namon. He recommended a mini arm lift. At the post surgery appointment we both agreed that the full arm lift is what should have been preformed. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford another surgery. Very disappointed and sad with my results!!! Please do your research so you will get the results that you want and pay for.!!!

Everyone from the front desk to the nurses in the back, and of course Dr. Naman have been absolutely amazing through the entire process. There was a point when the surgical nurse, Theresa (I hope this is right), held my hand during a procedure when I was uncomfortable. I didn't realize how much I needed it at the time, but the warmth of her hand truly calmed me and honestly brought my normally emotionless self to tears telling someone about it later. I highly recommend this practice!

Professional and consistent. Dr. White was very attentive and available when needed. The portal was very easy to access and staff were easy to talk to as well. Overall, I did not have any complaints.

I just had a ten minute free consultation and facial with Melody at Chattaochee Plastic Surgery and it was so relaxing and my skin looks great. She is still doing the free consultation and facial now so check her out.

My 6 week follow up went amazing. Dr. Naman is such an amazing Dr. He’s kind, generous, and a Godly man!!! I could not ask for a better MD. I’m sorry it has taken me so long to do my review. I’ve sat and tried to come up with the words to describe Dr. Naman and his staff. There’s not enough words for me to even say what I could say about this amazing Dr and Staff. From beginning to end was just the best experience I ever had. Dr. Naman is a wonderful person inside and out. He took his time and explained everything about my procedure. I was never once uncomfortable with him. Him praying with me on surgery day showed me exactly what type of man he is. His staff is truly awesome!!! I would for sure do this all over again.

I went to see Melody for a quick face wax. From previous experience with another person, I was expecting to feel like my skin was being ripped off! Yikes! There was no skin ripping! ???? We had a very pleasant conversation & a little talk therapy. Looking forward to having a full facial next time. I would highly recommend Melody. I enjoyed my time with her. Thank you!

Not the most professional experience or outcome, she doesn't listen to her patients needs; also not at all accessible when there is a problem. Choose another practice !

I became a patient of Dr.Naman in 2019 after a double mastectomy. He is a very concerned until it is his fault. After 5 surgeries, I have more pain from his procedures than the cancer itself. I can't lay on my stomach nor hold my arms up. I gave him the opportunity to correct his errors but nothing. Thank you so much for this lifetime pain Dr. Naman.

Had brain surgery in 2001 and because I develop keloids very easily after being cut I had a very large one to grow on my scalp afterwards. By 2004 the keloid had just about covered the back of my head. Long story short Dr Naman removed it for me. Had a couple of smaller ones to grow after a few years and he also took care of those. I am very happy with the way that my scalp looks now.

The experience that I received was very professional. Chattahoochee Medical Staff provided excellent customer care service.

Dr. White is probably my favorite doctor on the planet of all the doctors I’ve ever seen. I’ve had some issues and complications following my surgery (through no fault of hers), and she has followed me so closely, having me come in for as many follow ups as needed at no extra charge and being extremely flexible with my schedule. She has given me such careful attention at every visit, has an amazing bedside manner, and prayed with me before my surgeries. She takes every concern I’ve had seriously and has never made me feel blown off. She’s seriously fantastic, and the rest of the office is great as well. Everyone knows me by name by now, and they always address me by name and are so welcoming when I walk in. You’ll definitely be in good hands with Dr. White!

Since my surgery in July 2022, it has been a great experience with Dr. White and the staff. Dr. White is a God sent!! She brings peace to all my fears! ???? I never imagines I would be this happy with the results of my breast reduction. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Dr. Naman and his team far exceeded my expectations.

Great Doctor (Dr. Naman), I had a breast reduction and he did an amazing job. It was hard to schedule an appointment to see him to address some issues I was concerned with never got to see him instead they had a nurse call me. Also drove about an hour into town to be declined on liposuction of the abdomen after it was previously discussed that it would happen. I feel deformed and when I look in the mirror I want to cry because my trouble area is my stomach, no matter how many sit-ups I do it won’t go away. Dr.Namen and his staff are a great team. My initial visit was good. I had a tummy tuck on 06/1/2021. The procedure went well. I’m very satisfied with my results. Dr. Namen prayed with me before surgery. His surgical team are amazing!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Namen!!! The office wait time was not long. The office was clean. Dr. Namen explained everything to me. I felt safe and secure in his hands!!!!

Prestigious Cosmetic Surgeon ! Dr. Naman has talented hands:) Large breast size are hereditary in my family but I wasn’t affect until my second child. I went from a C-cup to a G. I fluctuated from DDD to a G. I finished breastfeeding my daughter then my husband took them to another level lol. I was a human bottle if you will. So I went to my doctor & she referred me to see a cosmetic doctor. I was regular army so I went to MACH & I qualified for a breast reduction. From there I experience push back from my unit because it wasn’t a serious operation. So after I retired the VA (❤️ the VA) referred me to Dr. Naman. First and foremost, I’m a Hispanic male, 57 years old, which statistically speaking, considered an anomaly when it comes to getting plastic surgery done, although I understand its becoming popular with men in general. Now about Dr. Naman and his staff. I read a lot of positive reviews here, before I decided to see Dr. Naman. Everyone who said great things about him and his staff were spot on! I felt at ease not only with Dr. Naman, but with everyone ranging from the ladies at the front desk, to the Anesthesialogist. Dr. Naman even asked us if it was ok for him to pray for us before the surgery and made sure to let us know, that if we didn’t approve, he would pray in private for us. As for the surgery itself, I had upper and lower eyes done, and fat injections on the two folds/lines along each side of the mouth. It’s abviouly too early to see the final results considering the surgery was yesterday, but I can already see the difference. I was completely surprised when I got a personal call from Dr. Naman this morning when he called to check on me. I don’t know about you, but typically the Doctors nurse or someone on his staff calls to check on you, not the actual doctor. Can’t say enough good things about my overall experience with Dr. Naman and his wonderful staff. Breast reduction : Serious asymmetry of breast & areola. Areolas not centered, one placed much higher than other & this is obvious when wearing certain blouses. Did not thoroughly explain office policy before hand and wanted over $3000 to correct his own awful errors. So I went to this place and the doctor and nurse were nice. Sat down paid my $65.00 consult fee. Had the consult completed agreed to the procedure. Went into the finance office to complete the quote. Was given a quote, paid $5,410.00. Everything was going good until my Pre-Op appointment which was 2 weeks from my surgery date. When I sat down in the finance office with someone completely different I was told that my quote was for just 1 of the procedures. At my initial visit and the time I paid I specifically asked "does this dollar amount cover the lift and the implants from start to finish?" I was told yes if covers the whole thing. Well at my Pre-Op I was told no that quote is only for the lift. I then explained to the lady that that was not what I was told when I asked the specific question because we were wanting to pay for the whole thing at once. She stated no it would be another $3,600.00 to have the implants. I told her that this is throwing up a huge red flag for me and to just cancel it. In the paperwork it states that if you cancel they (CPS) retains $400.00, which would have been fine if I canceled for any other reason. When I talked to the office manager on Monday she stated that it was not another $3,600.00 it would be $1,800.00 for Saline implants and I stated that no I wanted Silicone and she said oh well in the computer it states Saline. She also proceeded to ask what they could do to earn my business and that she could offer me a small discount. At this point I told her there is nothing since I do not feel comfortable with this any longer and I feel as though I have every right to feel this way now knowing what I know. They ended up refunding me the money all except the $400.00. Like I said I wouldn't mind paying that if I canceled for any other reason except I was told incorrect information and feel as though they tried to trick me into doing 1 surgery and leaving me in a position to have to pay for an additional surgery.
