Both the front office and the dental hygienist confirmed that I came in to have a cleaning. I was charged for periodontal maintenance (50% more). The explanation was "that is what you had last time". End of an otherwise nice relationship.

Today was the third time I made an emergency visit to Dr. Cardinale's office. Each time, the staff responded compassionately by setting up an appointment for the same day. If I could give him negative stars I would!. Terrible! Once his plan failed he quickly gave up on my care without even trying to remedy the situation. A terribly failed dentist who is after your money and not your health. BEWARE!!!!
