Terrible!!! Failed to follow up on a condition diagnosed at birth for YEARS! Due to his neglect/incompetence my Son had to go through a surgery that would have been unnecessary.

Office staff was not friendly and did not answer my questions.

I have never had to worry about waiting, or even if the office had room. I am impressed how the office is so busy and yet they always have worked every call in. The manager was rooming patient, giving shots, answering phones. I have seen alot of the bad rifraf be discharged, there were always some patients who did not want to pay bills or wanted a "ill pay next time excuse. Dr Gavini is so nice, understanding and bends over backwards to help no matter where or when. I am glad to have this office

Dr. Gavini is a GREAT caring doctor. He has a new office manager who is horrible. I took my sick son there and she literally told me Dr. Gavini would refuse to treat him unless we agreed to a physical. What kind of person would turn away a sick child? I quickly realized she was trying to bill/charge me for anything she could WOW! We love this doctor it's sad, PLEASE listen to your patients Dr. Gavini look at these reviews! If she leaves please let us know and we will gladly return.

Dr. Gavini was my children's Doctor from the day they were born. We loved him, he was kind and caring and a really wonderful Doctor. Then something changed and he hired a horrific office manager. I was on my way up for an appointment, in the elevator. The office manager was horrible, called me names, shouted at me. I left and later that week got a note saying I was no longer welcome there. Never go there, he clearly has no control over his new staff.

Candice is awesome. Always pleasant and can handle any issue thrown at her. I always know if Candice is there the issue will be resolved. She knows her job and does it well Dr Gavini is great too

TERRIBLE!!! Wish rating system would accept 0 stars. Dr. Gavini's years of negligence resulted in my Son having to have a significant surgery later in life. My Son had a condition identified at birth BY HIM in the hospital (in his birth records), yet he not only failed to properly monitor it, it when unidentified by him within (14) years of subsequent regular check-ups. Note that the condition is something that is supposed to be a standard physical checklist item. TERRIBLE!!!

I came in with a high fever, no appointment, the nurse put me in a room took my daughter's temperature and then left came back and gave me Motrin to help lower the fever. I seen the nurse running around and I was amazed that i was able to get in without, any questions. The staff are always smiling. While i was in i found out that i was behind on my daughters immunizations. I made a return appointment, and i could not believe i was helped so fast.

Dr. Gavini is very caring & great with my children! However, the office personnel is dry & rude! One of them actually told me I had to call my insurance company to get a referral for my child to see a specialist. Fortunately. I had spoken with my health insurance company & they told me my child's PCP was responsible for this. Wait. It doesn't stop there. After that, the MA tried to have me call the specialist to get info that was needed for the referral. Nope.That's your job! So only 4 stars.

The staff has changed within the last year and they are very rude. Everything is 100x harder than it has to be due to the staff's aggressive behavior. I have been a patient here for years, but I will be going somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I tried to get an appointment as a new patient after the website clearly stated accepting new patients and they called me a few days before my appointment and canceled on me last minute. The office staff is rude and I am glad I am not going to this doctor.
